Do not buy from Npower they make appointments with you then don't turn up to do the work Then the fob you off with a load of bullshitt to make you feel bad Now they won't talk to me because the account ain't in my name it's in my wife's but she has given them and me permission to talk but they still ignoring calls and emails so took to Twitter so everyone can see how bad they really are Prices keep hiking up every Year without Telling you they just take the money and make you skint so can't feed your kids but then that's not their problem like I was told from Carmel and Neil from their customer services team Would I recommend them yes if you want loads of problems no in reality because they just money grabbing wa**ers and see their long term customers as just another number Everyone needs to leave them and join a respectable company how npower are still around your guess is as good as mine

This company are the biggest robbing money taken scammers ever! taken all my money! Charging me 140pound in electric a month for a bed sit! then i ring you to solve the problem then go an charge me 104 pound asif that okay? when my tarriff was set up for 71pound i was on the phone for over a hour an half to sort it out! Then to check my bank for you to just keep taken HIGH amounts of money from me which is rent, food etc. YOUR ARE ALL FOUL HEARTED PEOPLE! DONT NOT GO WITH NPOWER THEY WILL TAKE EVERYTHING FROM YOU!

Have just switched to Bulb and so far this has been very simple. Only took a few minutes to make the switch and it will save me £25 per month on my dual fuel bills (compared to the previous provider). I AM NOT HAPPY WITH NPOWER WHEN EVER I CALL FIRST TELL TO WHOLE STORY TO EVERY NEW PERSON EVERY TIME THEY ARE SENDING ME WRONG BILL , EVEN THEY HAVE PROBLEM WITH SYSTEM IS WELL . WHEN I EMAILED THEY DID NOT REPLY ME VERY VERY BAD SERVICE TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED

The only way I managed to get anywhere was by talking to them via online chat or I just sent all my details to the energy ombudsman who are helping out.
