“Brandon was very knowledgeable efficient and honest. As a woman I’m always worried that I’m gonna be lied to about what my vehicle actually needs. “Excellent Service! The mechanic came out ahead of schedule and was very friendly. He inspected my brakes and confirmed the repair price before doing any work. The price was very reasonable! In 30 minutes he was finished and on to his next repair. The fact that they come out to you is very convenient. Will be contacting again in the future for my other vehicles.”

“Ashielle showed up at 9:43 and swapped out 2 rotors and 4 pads, and test-drove the vehicle in just under an hour. He gave the car a quick look before performing any service and immediately suggested I needed new pads on the axles not being worked on. Once I approved he started those first and showed me why he suggested that and I knew from that point this dude knew what he was doing. He performed the work with a swagger that only a veteran could’ve done.”

“The price was similar to other quotes I had where I would have had to have driven my car to a shop. And even though the repair took longer than expected due to some unforeseen issues I was not charged anything extra for the additional labor. I will continue to be a nubreak customer whenever my car mandates a repair!”

“This is the second time I've used NuBrakes and Brandon has done a great job on both occasions. The scheduling was very simple and the whole process is very convenient. If you need your brake pads changed, but don't want to spend all day driving somewhere to get it done, NuBrakes is a great company.”

“Matthew showed me my current pads and rotors and suggested the front axle needed replacement. He showed me the price and it was exactly what the phone estimate I received the night before. He told me he’d be done in about 30 minutes and it was as promised. No more waiting two hours in a brake shop for me. I’m sold on NuBrakes and would request Matthew for any future repairs needed. Very professional and personable.”

“Mechanic called me saying he was available earlier than my schedule appointment. So we moved it up an hour. Once here he let me know the brake pads he was given were the wrong kind. He said he could go get the correct ones if I didn't mind. He did so and it didn't take much longer to repair. He kept me abreast of what was going on.”
