“The whole process was as easy as it gets, Matt got me my estimate and scheduled me within an hour. Richard was great! I only needed my rears done, and I was worried I was gonna get upsold of my fronts. Nope! My rear brake pads were replaced and the job was done quickly. He also did this while social distancing and wearing a mask, which was nice. It would be super easy for any mechanic to sell you more than what you need, I really appreciate Richard's honesty. They will have my business again when my fronts need replacing.”

“I requested a quote online and Amy Called me provided me a quote on the phone. Once the technician arrived and did the brake work which he did a great job! He told me what the charge would be and I immediately stated that’s not what my quote was. We called Amy and she seemed confused and had to call her manager and called me back and stated they would give me a discount. I felt I should have been charged the price that was given to me. I’m assuming Mark is the manager, he finally called me by the end of the evening and stated they would give me the discount vice what was quoted which I went ahead and paid. He said he had a voice recording that stated Amy said that price was per axle, I have not received my invoice or the recording Mark stated I would be receiving. Needless to say, I’m only one customer but I will not return nor will I refer them! Very disappointed but I pray they provide accurate information to their customers and if they make mistakes stand by them!!! No hard feelings just won’t return!!!”
