“My technician, Carl, arrived within the window arranged. When he came, he introduced himself and was very friendly. We walked my vehicle together and discussed the problems I was having. He did a great job diagnosing my brake issues and explaining what repairs should be done.”

“To be honest, the work for me has been nothing but phenomenal, both times I’ve had my car worked on. I haven’t even seen the technician. He has gotten the work done within 30 minutes to an hour and has always showed up before the scheduled time and got work done good no complaints. My car runs great. Oh, if anybody needs a recommend a mechanic in San Antonio and his name is Joseph a great guy works hard like I said never met him but gets it done.”

“It was definitely convenient having a NuBrakes technician come to my house and replace pads and rotors on all 4 wheels. He was on time, courteous, finished the installation and took my truck for a spin to insure everything was working as expected. Very pleased!”

“What should have been in my glove box was not. Wheel lock key didn’t get put back from when I had my tires rotated. Tech was patient and understood. Was able to get it back on the quick and the tech still managed to be done in real good time.”

“The tech got held up on an earlier job that caused him to get to us much later than he had planned and at the end of his day. However, he had a great attitude, efficiently made our repairs, and, as the website says, did not try to upsell us. He did only the work that was needed. I’ll be calling about another vehicle repair next week.”

“Thought we needed new breaks; but our technician was knowledgeable and honest, he told us our pad and rotors were still in good shape and should last us awhile longer. Paid a small charge that is also a credit towards future services.”
