“After a slight hiccup in NVS getting the stock required, the ordered products were dispatched and arrived in good condition. The customer service, when I called them to enquire about the delay was excellent, but it did take a call from me to establish what the delay was about, rather than the company, off its own bat, advising me of it. I will nevertheless definitely use NVS again.”

“Happy to get 20% off on my favourite brand! Royal Mail is the best delivery company. The delivery fee is worth it. I purchased six skin care products and they sent me a nice beauty pouch. No samples though. Thank you NVS.”

“Good service, fast delivery. The only reason why i gave it a 4 star is that they don't do membership points collecting like other stores do eg Boots, Escentual, etc so that we can build credits through regular purchases (depending on price). Otherwise its a lovely store.”
