“I am always very pleased with the service and staff at NVS Pharmacy. Care must be taken when choosing colours and box top colours with Clarins brand are not accurate. It's best to go to a store which sells it and try for yourself.”

“NVS dealt with a backlog of orders and then some damaged stock by providing me a slightly better product. So, although my order took longer than expected, it was here in time for Christmas and they kept me well informed of the issues. Thank you and I’ll use you again.”

“I ordered some Clarins products from NVS pharmacy as their prices were the best I could find. Two weeks later - the goods hadn't arrived and I hadn't received a confirmation email of my order. I telephoned the pharmacy quoting my Palpay order number - the items arrived two days later with a FREE Clarins mascara as an apology ! Very happy with this resolution - I will be using NVS in the future.”

“This is the first time I have shopped with NVS Pharmacy....initially, I did not receive any correspondence from them, acknowledging my online purchase. Fortunately, I took a copy of my order number because I had to ring them a week later! I spoke to a member of staff (Sorry, I forgot her name 🤦‍♀️) she could not apologise enough & she resolved the situation within a matter of minutes after my initial call & I received my goods 2 days later. So, YES, I would still highly recommend NVS Pharmacy & YES, I will be shopping with them again. Thank you 🤗”

“Excellent. Trustworthy. Speedy delivery. And a completely unexpected (quite large) Clarins gift - always a heartwarmer! I've ordered from them before and will definitely order again. Wish they came up a bit more in Google searches as I forget about them and how good they are!”

“Would have been five stars. If you had used a reliable delivery agent. This is the second time I've been let down by Royal Mail deliveries. They said they would deliver four days after the order and failed to do so. To be honest, four days is a long time for a delivery from most other providers and they still couldn't manage this Otherwise the product is the best price available”

“The item I ordered took several days before it was dispatched. Royal Mail then managed to take a whole week to deliver it to me, despite it being '48 hr tracked'! However, once I alerted NVS Pharmacy of the delay they were on to it straight away and kept me informed of the situation on a daily basis. I was impressed by this customer service and give my thanks to Mira who was so helpful & polite. If NVS could just dispatch their goods a little quicker, I'd have given them 5*.”
