“Haven’t received my order after a week so when called them they said that there was a problem with their site so promised me as soon as they received it they send it for Hecht day delivery and also give me call to update and Yes they did that and also send me a few free samples so I’m overall customer service was really good , would definitely go back to them to order.”

“The products ordered were sent out promptly and efficiently. The products were sold at a reduced price, exactly as requested and there was the added bonus of a complimentary gift, also a Clarins product, to thank me for my first order. A very nice touch. Thank you. I will be coming back to you.”

“Purchased mustela stelatopia from this website once it was great, my second order I ordered 3 tubes as they seem to be helping. I were sent out 1 original cream exactly the same as my first order and 2 tubes that were in different packaging. I called customer who called me back and assured me the cream is the same just the packing has changed due to rebranding by mustela. After opening one of the tubes that were in different it is clear that this is not the same mustela stelatopia as it is a very runny texture almost like a lotion instead of cream and does not seem to be helping the skin like the original mustela stelatopia helped. UPDATE: Emailed the pharmacy who have been fantastic employees went above and beyond helping me source the old formula. Absolutely fantastic customer service! Thank you!!!”
