“I received supplements expiring in 7 months. Products should be newer, and expiration dates should be provided before purchase.”

“It took 3 days to establish that the product that I ordered was not in stock 'yet'. I spoke to a member of staff who had poor knowledge of English and could not communicate. I needed to spell out my name even though I gave the invoice number. P romissed to ring back - but no such 'luck' . Rang a third time and was told the product 'just arrived'. I t arrived 3 days later.”

“Having purchased Paco Rabanne Calandre from you recently and having been assured that it was totally authentic, I am sad to say that turns out not to be the case. It is worth noting that my Partner is a "Super-nose" and her "gift" is respected by many sommeliers. This is highly disappointing and I would apprreciate your response.”

“The items took ages for my items to come, in fact I had to phone in order to find where my order was. I must admit after the phone call it was all sorted pretty quickly.”

“Have used NVS pharmacy previously with good results, however on this occasion- am disappointed. I only received 75% of my order and would have preferred to receive x2 conditioners and 1x shampoo. I still require the outstanding conditioner 🥲”

“Absolute rubbish! I ordered items two weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived, I’ve emailed but no response from NVS We all know about the postal strikes so just use a more reliable carrier Probably wouldn’t order from this company again, quick to take payment but no customer service!”

“Up until recently the service has been good but the last two orders have been terrible. One they forgot to tell me the product was out of stock and kept the payment till the stock came in 4 weeks later. Second order it too over two weeks for them to send, it was meant to be dispatched in 3-5 days not 14! Really bad service and didn’t receive any apology.”

“I bought a pair of shoes from NVS. I thought they will be measured well by staff for perfect fit. Unfortunately, that was not so. Lovely shoes and comfortable when I tried them on in the house. But, very uncomfortable on the outdoor. I couldn't return them as I has worn. Waste of money.”
