“Reasonably happy with my purchase of three Roger et Gallet soaps but disappointed that the picture did not reflect the true packaging. The description mentioned new packaging but it is not clear that the pictures are not of the new packaging. The soaps were a present and a nice box was what I hoped to be able to give and not three soaps in a bit of flimsy outer carton. Ensure the pictures reflect the reality to prevent disappointments.”

“A mixture of satisfactory and unsatisfactory with a good resolution; therefore quite hard to score. Three stars = good, but not outstanding. I ordered 3 deodorants on the 16th. Money left my account on the 18th. By the 24th when I had received nothing, I emailed NVS and received a return email the same day saying there was insufficient stock but they hoped to get some within the next few days and complete the order. The following day, the 25th, the order arrived and was complete and satisfactory. 9 days is not super-fast turnaround but the product was exactly what was ordered.”

“On my first attempt to order items, I was unable to have more than one item in my basket on the website. When I tried again a few days later, it worked without any problems, however the order then took longer than expected to arrive.”

“I like the product a lot and would wish to give it more stars, but I find the packaging so annoying it literally takes away from my enjoyment. Aside from the enormous waste of envelope and packing, the plastic jar it comes in is about 65% empty. This day and age this is so inefficient environmentally, on top of which to me it looks like a rip off!!”

“Great to order, easy website but let down terribly by their delivery. They quote 6 days but mine was 9 days znd I missed my wifes birthday. Had to go to Boots snd get an emergency gift, at great expense. Sorry, I know. You can’t control the post. But you can offer much faster delivery than 6 working days. Next time I will go to John Lewis snd pay a bit extra. Good old John Lewis.”

“Unfortunately my order was very delayed & the dosage instructions were not included with the cough mixture, so quite disappointing. It was the first time I had used NVC, and I've not rushed back.”
