This is one of the worst telephone companies you will ever come across, charged me for service never used, I will sue them On December 2022 I spoke to a representative and this dumb person after you give them the pack code did nothing with it useless staff member of the company and guess what on the 5th of February I contacted them was a nightmare to get my details through as they had never activated and asked why is my card not active yet since 20th December 2022 you fckers – and was informed on the 17th of January when tried to do the pack code had expired b-l-e-e-d-y dumb person in about 30th after I HAVE PLACED THE ORDER IF YOU TRY TO DO IT WHO THE (H) trained you for this don’t you know the pack codes have validity.?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? it was so difficult for me to convince and get the pack code in the first place and then you’ll don’t give a … about the customer And in the dues course I have spoken to so many people THE MONEY THAT YOU CHARGED ME I WANT A REFUND ?/? answer me here if not then will take it further!!!!

Useless support: impossible to understand Tried to sign on to a Pay as You Go contract with O2. Signed up online and got a SIM. Then called them to give the the PAC to transfer number from old account. Had difficulty in understanding the Call Centre operator. Ended up with a monthly contract which I didn't want. And the number wasn't transferred. More attempts to contact O2: they have computerised triage system which is, well, just plain unhelpful. Then when I eventually got through I found I had two SIMs and the number had been transferred to the one I wasn't using. Could perhaps have been sorted, but since I could only understand one word in three of the person at the other end of the phone, it was clearly going to be difficult. Since I didn't want to have the same problem every time I wanted to contact support, I exercised my right under the 14-day cooling off period, and cancelled.

I am being charged for o2 when i am not with o2 i had a simm card as part of a virgin package which i cancelled march last year i have never used simm card and no longer have it . I have been charged every month since and have just had a latge sum of money taken out of my bank i have spoken numerous timees and was told that it was cancelled which it hasnt . I have found customer services to be unhelpful and left feeling very frustrated

three months ago I decided to change my contract with you and acquire a new phone with a new number, which meant a totally new contract. I went to one of the O2 shops (Kurfürstenpl. 5, 80796 München), canceled the old contract, and signed the new one. The salesman was very nice, and I felt like I was in good hands, he ordered the new phone and told me that my old contract was canceled and that I would get the cancellation by post, and that the new contract was supposed to start at the beginning of October. The contract I chose came with a tablet; I knew I had to register somewhere to get it, but the salesman told me he would take care of everything, I should not worry about anything, and that he will send me everything to my house. I went on vacation the next week for two weeks and came back on October 2, but I moved out the next weekend to a new apartment in Giesing. Since I returned from vacation I texted the salesman several times, called him, and even went to the same shop so many times that I lost track. He never canceled my old contract, and he never ordered the tablet, but in all our conversations, he kept telling me that he will send me the tablet and the cancelation of the contract. I got tired and on Dec. 6 I went to another shop and canceled my old contract immediately and asked for the tablet, of course, it was too late to ask for the tablet, and there they told me that I was the only one who could ask for the tablet, not the salesman. I have never felt so insulted and mistreated by a company as I felt with your Customer Service, all the lies from this salesman for over 3 months are just unexplainable. I am just staying with O2 because I already signed a new contract but keep in mind that I will never recommend this company to anyone, and I will never sign a contract with you again. You just lost a client and I know I won’t be the last one. I always heard so many bad things about your Customer Service, but I just refused to believe it because I had such a nice experience and now, I understand what people were telling me, they were right, and I hope I don’t have to deal with your company ever again. And the worst part is that a wrote a letter to O2 explaining everything and a month later the answered that they don't speak English. What a trashy company

Big ripoff avoid at all cost they charged me £42 for using data in non EU country , I used it for 20 seconds for emergency at Mumbai airport, I been there customer for all my life

Think twice before you buy anything from 02 shop, the service is very very poor, the staff very very rude with an arrogant attitude, they push you to buy. Then when something goes wrong, they won’t ever help you, they refused a refund when I tried to return a phone which hadn’t been used. They force you to buy phone sealed in a box then use that to say you must have done something to it. I will never go back there again, they made me ill. It’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I've been a long term loyal O2 customer. At some point they just stopped being a good value so, after a series of completely fruitless conversations with various O2 customer service assistants, I decided to leave. And here (surprise, surprise...) they started making problems. I asked for my PAC code and turns out I'm not able to receive it whilst abroad. I got advised to do it via website and it doesn't work either. I've emailed them but haven't heard back.

most horrible phone company to use in Uk. coverage is like 30 percent of the time, half of the call’s going to a voice mail, internet is not working half of the time. i called numerous times to complain and they apologised “ we working in the area… “ for 1 year they have been working in my area… i called them again week ago and after speaking to customer service, they said they will stop my service and even refund some money, instead today i was charged for 1 more month… also i am really disgusted with the dishonesty of their employees… i was in the o2 shop in chelsea to replaced my sim card. one on the employee, i think his name was Omar, hold me that i can get this tablet , only have to comeback on the next day and pay 100 £ and i can keep the tablet. he never told me that was an internet with sim on 2 years contract, even he put insurance on the tablet… so at the end instead geting cheap tablet for 100 £ , i had to pay cancellation fees… i have really bad experience with O2 , they have horrible service and their employees are laying to the customers… for them customers are to milk them for money… so if you want to save your nerves, pls just pass on this worthless internet company

Shockingly bad `customer service`. Despicable, deliberately awkward, going out of their way to be unhelpful. The absolute worst customer service ever experienced. Lucky, I didn`t punch the idiot and knock him out, it was that bad. My girlfriend bought a phone and a contract from o2 in Cribbs Causeway. After about a month the phone started going wrong, dropping calls, etc. O2 said there was `a mast down` in Clevedon and they were `doing everything we can to fix it`. This went on for about a month, still no signal while at home, so my girlfriend decide they had to go, and actually were in breach of contract as they coukldn`t provide the service, and after a reasonable amount of time, legally she should be able to leave the contract. Enter, the dragon. Oh my god, what a faff. We took the phone back, the stuffy manager said there was `nothing he could do`. This is after countless phone calls to o2 where they said `yes just take the phone back to the shop, we`ll end your contract, and give you £60 compensation for your trouble`, The shop knew nothing about it, and refused to help at all. The manager basically told my girlfriend where to go. phoned the o2 customer service from within the o2 shop to try to force some kind of resolution. The `customer service executive` on the end of the phone said `our systems are down sorry`. So another fruitless exercise. Eventually got through to someone who understood life, and they then said `give the phone to the manager and we can end your contact due to lack of service in your area`. Except the manager refused to physically accept the phone back, and refused to talk to his own company on the o2 phone in the o2 shop. WTAF??????? After many more phone calls to o2, finally someone in Bangalore said they would send my girlfriend a `jiffy bag` so she could return the phone to them. believe me when I say this, you could not make it up, absolutely ridiculous. That o2 manager, I feel sorry for anyone around him, he`s got a right chip on his shoulder. Jesus, what a absolute throbber he is. Avoid the o2 shop unless you want a living nightmare. Update; She never got the £60 compensation, and no one at o2 knows anything about it, apparently. Despite their calls being recorded. Funny that, isn`t it.

This is such a worse and horrible customer service I have ever seen they promised me to gave me new phone iPhone 14 pro max and 40 percent discount price but then they even didn’t gave me the phone they just canceled this offer and wrote a note customer has been canceled how shame this is they even didn’t offered anything I was so shocked and tried to contact plenty of times no one was helpful they always misguided people and very stupid people this is really a shame

A bunch of thieves and the worst network you can join. I will never be any worse with any other network. I have receuved the most disgusting service and the most demeaning experience having been with them for nearly ten years and spend over £100 for three family number I have had with them. Join any network but not this bunch of crooks.

I cancelled my contract in August .. paid my final bill 30 days later October and November they continued to take direct debits of £39 per month. I complain. They advise they had not cancelled my contract despite me having this in writing from them. They have cancelled my contract today but tell me I now need to wait until December for any refund. I need that money they took unauthorised from my account today as other direct debit have now failed due to this. I complain about this and a manager promised they would call me back within 60 minutes. Did that happen... nope. Just awful service. Stolen money from my account and refuse to give it back to me until thier billing system produces a bill on December Awful Can't give zero stars or less so they get just one. Swerve o2 as much as possible.

I'm my life I had a gun put to my head but the experience iv had since joining O2 from ee has been, I can't stress enough on another level! Takes 5 days to get your number swapped (they say same day) as they have what seems permanent issues with PUK codes. When you do get your number you then have 1 number to ring and a different number to text. O2 then say they will have to send me another sim which leave me again with no phone for 24 hours (probs another 5 days let's be real here) But the same day the sim was ordered they active it and it cuts you off completely from network. You make call number 65 in 7 days only to be told sorry that shouldn't happen and it will be another magical 24 hours before I get the sim reactivated that didn't work properly in the first place. Look at the reviews and stay well away. Even if cheaper it's not worth days/ weeks/ months of stress
