Sales people have no proper information. That's OK but they give wrong information which is breach of contract

Very helpful staff especially Jastinder. It was a pleasure to be served by her . All our questions were answered efficiently, I really can't praise her and the rest of the staff enough. It was a pleasure to go into this shop with all the staff being so happy and helpful

Cheating customers! I have asked for help do to health issues. What O2 did? They send me a sim card added to my existing contract. How nice! To pay £19 monthly more than usual. Can’t wait to finish the contract with them

make it incredibly difficult to leave them when youre contract is finished. add lots of charges at the nd of contracts. don't touch with a bargeplole!

Absolutely horrendous experience with o2 again! They fail to do what they say leaving me to spend hours on the phone and writing emails to get a simple task that they could achieve in minutes done! Their customer care is shocking, I was kept on hold for 25 mins when I asked to speak to a manager, when I finally got to speak to one, I couldn’t understand a word he was saying from his call centre in India or where ever he was. From my experience I will never deal with this incompetent company again.

My Chinese wife went in to the Inverness branch only to phone me in tears. The ignorant young morons who staff/infest the place, laughed at her poor English and proved to be equally ignorant at how to fix the problem. Disgusting behaviour but clearly the 'management' couldn't care less.

Phone broke, within 6 months, O2 wouldn't replace till they had sent it for repair! Returned 3 days later untouched?? Just the same. Took it back again same process, no further forward but now over 6 months old, still within 2 year warranty. Still wouldn't replace. Eventually got some service after contacting the complaints department who replaced my phone. Thanks to Tom Clarkson.

Excessive and unreasonable data charges abroad. Preying on the nativity of people who expect good customer service and expect to be opted in automatically to the best travel package. Charged £36 for 1 minutes use and 7MB of data in Dubai. Opt in to travel package and it's £4.99 for unlimited and full day. Cowboys.

the bastards locked my phone even though i bought it unlocked elsewhere now i have trouble getting them to unlock it and my 3 sim wont work ..stay way /crooks

At Hounslow, they are liars and particularly the (black) manageress with respect to her color, is a terrible person treat ppl like dirt and unprofessional. If I give positive feedback then it will be for the only one who helped me he is the manager (Salman Siraj) he should on top of this horrible manageress. After I went back many days, bearing in mind I am housebound and they know it yet the manageress kept giving me different app and no help I waited for 45 alone and she ignored me. I saw in the last 3 days when I was there making a black man beg for anyone to serve and he had crutches and couldn't walk, when a staff approached to help him, the horrible manageress stopped him and said to the black handicapped man no one will serve because I said so.... err... what? who she think she is? She is definitely very provocative. Salman Siraj we pray you become someone big somewhere better than this dump. No more O2.

Changed phone contracts, still stayed with o2 and was pleased that they ported my number within 5 hours. Great service.

I've been with shitty 02 for 4 years and I'm so glad I'm finally out of contract with them. They are nothing more then a shit company that just wants to grab your money. (FUCK OF 02 YOUR COMPANY IS SHIT. I started a new contract today with three and what a better company will be staying with them now so 02 jog on you losers.. STAY CLEAR OF 02 their customer service is outrageous

Awful company that knows it owes me £400 and blocked me from FB when asking for it back I returned a phone to them within the 14 day period. They accepted the return and their system shows they owe me the money for the phone (around £400) but they don't refund it. I've been on the phone with them many times and they just ask me to wait 5 days and it will be in my account. 5 days comes and goes but no refund. After many times of doing this over two months, I went to social media and they blocked me from their Facebook page for talking about it. I contacted their CEO, still no resolution - looks like I'm out £400. :(

Can't begin to explain how fed up and sick of this network I am!!! Can't wait to say my goodbye to it. It's such a horrible network does nothing for a customer they overcharge you on bills and give you no discount at all no matter how long you've been with them. I've just had enough there's always a bunch of people sitting in India talking to you via live chat or on the phone whenever there's a problem and they have no clue on what's going on and how to help a customer. I'm so fed up of this network I can't wait till the day I leave this cowboy network!!!! Avoid this money making fraudulent network at all costs!!!!
