I was told I would be put in a SIM only plan and now I find out that it is a one year contract. Don't join O2. There are many better plans in the market. If you are a Sky subscriber, you are better off with Sky. Free text messages.

Shit customer service poor network and I been with them 8 years!!! Not very helpful, I feel like I've been robbed for my money and not had any goodness from them at all. Misleading operators tell you one thing and do another. Anyone want to join O2 Id strongly advice not to!!

terrible customer service. Was lied to by operatives regarding my early upgrade then insulted on the phone and hung up on. I will be leaving o2 due to this. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 yrs and will now have to go elsewhere.

Terrible network coverage, appalling customer service! My phone signal keeps cutting off so cannot use at all. When I called them took 12minutes to answer the phone. After the first person, they transferred me to another colleague who told me that the masts were down in the area. I then call again and was told it wasn't the masts down that it was my sim card? Considering ive paid nearly £1200 over the two years they offered £5 off my next bill for compensation. I find that insulting! Apparently they do not have a complaints department you can call; I wonder why looking at the reviews of the company! Since i signed the contract my signal has been average 2-3bars which is not acceptable considering I pay £46 a month. Even when speaking to the o2 guru, I recorded my phone line which was crackling. He said that it's normal? This is one of the biggest network providers in the world telling me its normal for a phone line to crack! The company should be shut down because the profits are obviously not being invested in the maintenance. Please avoid this company as they will con you. Also make sure you read your T&C because they do not make you aware of problems.

Been with o2 for a few years now. I've got to see, one of the best mobile networks by far. Would recommend to everyone.

The only good reviews on o2 customer sevices have got to be off o2 employees trying to balance the negative reviews keep the good work up guys then go home and take a good look at yourself in the mirror you must spend most of your working hours laughing at the people who pay your wages transferring their business to somebody who can actually look after their customers hopefully none of you will be employed in customer services again if i was your boss you would all be sacked in the morning

If you want to contact o2 customer services my advice is book 3 days holidays and buy some paracetamol then if you are lucky enough to get through to them dont plan on sorting anything out because they are unable to comunicate with you absolutally shocking experience i am so glad i am on my last month of contract o2 are putting me off having a mobile phone let alone a contract with them again

I had just got the new iphone on contract and it was just out and when i went to the o2 store i didnt know how it worked but i went upto one of the o2 staff members and i was welcomed with a friendly greeting. I had asked the the o2 man that i wanted to purchase the iphone and when he got it he even gave me a demonstation on exactly how it worked and i am now SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy that ive got it. After i got it and filled out information i went home and the week after i was sent out a survey on how well the o2 staff explained how to use the product and of course i gave him the number of stars as this review because he did an amazing job and i found out that the survey also enters you in a competiton so fingers crosse3d hope i win.

The O2 shop did not help me at all when I was in the local shop buying a new phone. I was purchasing my new phone and wanted the know the information about it but they didnt know but were mannerly.

In O2 the staff are very understanding to my problems. They are always willing to help me and I feel they want to help me as they do it with pleasure. They are always welcoming when I enter the shop and therefore I visit it often.

Went to buy my first ever contract phone, provided me with great service very informative and help me chose a phone that was right for me definently know what their talking about would recomend to anyone Amazing!!!!

Terrible service lied to at point of sale. 3.5 months in still having signa issues vouchers not recieved.cut off 4 times in 6 days. No apologies 10hrs in 1 wk to customer services who are exrremely arrogant and couldnt care less. Failed call backs. o2 poor conduct makes the look like a mickey mouse outfit, not expected from such a large company. Will be leaving. Shame on o2
