“Fantastic attentive but not intrusive service from the Ayr store when we went to choose new sofas. We chose 2 four seater Montana sofas. The following day, I noticed the sofas had been reduced by £120 and as we were within the 48 hour cooling off period, I phoned to ask if this price would be honoured. Unfortunately, I was advised incorrectly by Michaela that wasn't possible so I cancelled the order. However on speaking to the refund dept later, a lovely lady advised me that it was indeed possible and dealt with it promptly. The two delivery drivers were friendly and helpful.”

“The sofa I purchased was great quality and exactly as advertised. The online purchase was easy and the phone calls I received regards delivery etc were polite and friendly. The delivery was on time but I would not have an item delivered again just in case the very rude and insulting 'gentlemen' who delivered the sofa turned up again. Can't fault the office staff or the product but would arrange collection ion future at any cost so as not to have these rude men in my house.”

“Product very good, couldn't get my around why a deposit wasn't accepted and you have to pay in full, this must put off people who just browsing and then see a product they want, then I had to sign up with credit company when I told your adviser I was paying cash not card which was another shock.”

“We browsed around the store in South Ruislip, once we made our decision Mr Shahzad Ahmed gave us his undivided attention, he was professional, helpful and informative. We made our purchase and delivery was arranged, our furniture was delivered on the day arranged the delivery men were helpful and polite. We are very pleased with our purchase and would definitely buy again from Oak furniture land. Thank you for your excellent service”

“Wasn’t really sure what sofa I wanted and was expecting a hard sell but Tom in the showroom gave me all the info and left me to look around and see if anything caught my eye. Fantastic service from the showroom to delivery, couldn’t fault it and very pleased with the sofa I chose, great quality and comfortable.”
