“This is a great product at a great price, easy to assemble and very well made. I am 84 years-old and I don't have to bend over causing my back to ache as it does with the standard walker I have had so many people as about it and comment how nice it looks. Finally I have a way to get around that doesn't cause me pain. Once again thank you so much.”

“Recently I needed a wheel for my Oasis Space pneumatic tire rollator, I contacted the parts dept by e-mail along with some photos and they immediately knew what I needed. I received an email from them when they shipped the new tire/wheel assembly,4 days later I received my order and everything was just as I ordered.Great customer service,I would recommend them to anyone in need of their products.”

“My latest one is a replacement for one that broke but to be fair I'd had it for some time. I wish that the seat was padded more. All in all of I wasn't pleased with the unit I wouldn't of replaced it with another one.”

“The reason for the poor review is because of customer service and return policy. The product received was as promised. However, the intended user (my father) was not happy with the design claiming it hindered his mobility. We had it out of the box for about an hour. Everything was repackaged and I wrote customer service requesting authorization to return the item. Instead of receiving instructions on how to return the item and a shipping label I received a poorly written (in English) communication which used the words "wanna" and abbreviations like BTW. In short, instead of instructions on returning the item and how much it would cost the customer service person suggested I "gift" the item to someone else and I did they would refund me 6 percent of what I originally paid. I am not returning the item simply because I'm concerned that if I do I have no idea how much I will have to pay or what will be charged for a "restocking fee" (their website does not tell you the amount that will be charged). So, buyer beware. If you buy good luck in trying to return your purchase.”

“Very sturdy.Folds compactly. A bit heavy to put in the trunk but possible. Allows walking while standing up straight which is very important.”

“My wife weighs 290 lbs and the roll ator is rated 450 lbs. The bearings on the rear legs are popping a lot and I'm kinda worried they will fail. We have had it only 3 weeks Plese send us some of your thoughts and if it will likely fail soon. Thanks, Don and Nancy Irvine”

“Customer service isn't so great,the walker arrived with a broken reflector..I contacted Oasis Space to get a replacement, I even sent them pictures of the reflectors I needed and they sent the wrong ones 2 times! The third time they just sent a replacement wheel assembly so I guess they can't just replace those reflectors.”

“This is our third rollator but our first from OasisSpace. The quality of the build is by far the best we have come across.the last big name product broke after about 6 months of use. My wife depends on her unit to be able to move aroundir tobrven stand. Thank you for making her life easier.”

“Love. Just wished it had a cup holder and some kind a way you can snap a tray over the seat to help rolling from the kitchen to the table. Other then that I love it. Thanks holds my 260 lb weight well.”
