I am unable to insert the silver piece holding the handbrake into the hole that holds the handbrake. The hole in the armrest will not accept the handbrake.

Oasisspace rollator is fine until you have a problem Oasisspace rollators become useless as this company has no spare parts they expect handicapped persons to pluck $200 from their money tree and order another one. Total disregard for handicapped

I had a lot of trouble, still not resolved, putting the off road knee wheeler together. The directions were not clear and the factory assembly of one part was misaligned. The tires were flat and required the purchase of a pump before I could use this piece of equipment. It is possible to use tires that do not need yo be inflated.

Very disappointed. The walker looks nice and feel sturdy. However the design creates an accident waiting to happen. I have fallen forward twice with being on the ground once. Bigger wider tires might help but, handle angle change might also help. I would love to talk to you all, if you wish. I hope to hear from you.

Bought the amazing rollator walker which was the perfect answer to ambulatory needs. Very easy to use, safe, reliable. But buyer beware! Unlike other brands with replaceable parts, this brand does not have replacement for the locking brakes that are failing and walker has become unsafe. Be advised to buy a different brand than this company offers for the issues of longevity or replacement parts. 18 months and now we must buy a different walker .

My wife weighs 290 lbs and the roll ator is rated 450 lbs. The bearings on the rear legs are popping a lot and I'm kinda worried they will fail. We have had it only 3 weeks Plese send us some of your thoughts and if it will likely fail soon. Thanks, Don and Nancy Irvine

The stool that I just bought does not rotate at all when you sit on it. I am well below the weight limit. Although a good idea, I would not recommend this item.

Small screw came out of the right brake handle pivot pin. Unable to find a replacement. Model OS-KLD-9268 Otherwise very pleased with the walker.

I've had some good issues with the company itself, however the quality of the product (heavy duty bariatric rollator) leaves a lot to be desired. In the year I've had it over had 3 broken frames (at the support bar that holds the seat) that had made the rollator UN-useable. I'm not sure what the cause of the weld breaking at that spot is, especially since I'm well under 450lbs. I got the HD rollator because i was a little over the weight limit off the regular rollator and i figured the HD would be sturdy. Boy was I wrong. Customer service has replaced it each time.. The first time in March was easy, no problems but in November just 5 days after the 1 year warranty, they refused to replace it. Even though I'd only had the replacement just 7 months. They said nope i could get a frame only for $50 but finally came down to $25 for shipping. The first frame sent had a broken weld and huge gouges on the support bar, plus the wheels wouldn't go on because of bent forks on the right side. When i explained this and sent pictures of the broken weld and other marks i was told that it was a manufacturer defect. Nope not buying it, but they sent me another frame.. This one the box said it was missing the left leg like it was a return. It is useable, but I'm afraid of what will happen next time it breaks... Which I'm guessing will be in less than a year. With no warranty on the frame I'll have to buy another one so I'm already saving for it! But won't use Oasis space

I bought the up walker for my mom. We opened it up and she retired it out for one day. With her having s bad shoulder it doesn't work for her. Tried to send it back but because it was not broken you guys would not pay to have it returned. Even though it says you have 30 days to either of not satisfied. That's a lie. Will not recommend this company to anyone. I did really the walker to bad it wouldn't work for us.

Do not depend on CS to get back to you with any kind of problems you may come across. Like trying to get some replacement arm pads for your unit.
