“As a long term customer of O'Briens in Galway and happy with same I was disppointed that the failure to delvier my gift to Ronan O'Regan 28 Villiers Road was not alerted to us and I do not think it would have occurred if I had not asked Ronan directly several days later. This rather defeated the purpose of a gift. I know everyone is busy but we are disappointed Anthony O'Regan / Catherine Fleming 12 St Marys Park Taylors Hill Galway.”

“Hi Order went well but was delivered a day late which wasn’t great. Tried to order again but couldn’t access account on line as it repeatedly stated password or email incorrect. Requested new pass word a number of times but none sent”

“Order did not arrive as indicated - 1 week ago- and has still not arrived. I chased up information from O’Briens and subsequently from DPS. Shipment was damaged and the routine apparently is that damaged shipments are returned to O’Briens and then the Order is reissued after everything has been cross checked. I have not had any further update at time of review or indication of when I will get this delivery.”

“Order arrived with a bottle broken in the box - which could have been packed better - which is not the usual sturdy packaging I get. In todays circumstances I dont have a complaint. I reported the broken bottle - which was pointed out to me by the delivery man. I got a phone call from Niamh - all sorted with a refund, apology and no questions asked. It's when things go wrong you can judge a company by how they respond - O'Briens responded very well.”

“Great wines, at superb prices and exceedingly good service and rapid delivery. The loyalty card works brilliantly and genuinely rewards customers. Could not recommend enough - I don't buy wine anywhere else!”

“You stock a great supply of wine, especially Italian, I just wish searching for wines I've ordered before was easier and that my loyalty points were kept updated, I keep having to follow up with you when they are not there”
