“Hi all OK except the parcel was left on door step and door bell rung. By the time I got to the door the DPD driver was back in his van.”

“Hi, I added a gift note to this delivery and it wasn't added. Its quite disappointing as I think the champagne may have also been delivered with the receipt when I explicitly tagged it as being a gift. Disappointing gifting service.”

“The wine is good but the delivery timeline is far too long. I really don't expect to wait 5 days for delivery of a box of wine when the warehouse is located 1 hour away. Really advise you to improve this turn around time.”

“My rating above has nothing to do with your wine. Please refer to email which I have sent this afternoon to DPD and which I have copied to O'Briens. I have now collected the wine and I am sure it will be fine but the experience with DPD has been totally unsatisfactory. I have also been frustrated in my efforts to make contact with O'Briens, which I tried to do when I was unable to contact DPD. I dialled 01 2693139 and 0850 269 777 a number of times but was unable to talk to a real person about my problem.”
