I bought these wines for future use so can't review them just now. A great turnaround on the order, very fast response. The downside is that DPD dumped the box on the doorstep and disappeared. It's lucky itwasn't taken by a passerby before I discovered it. They were even cheeky enough to send me a photo of the box at the doorway - as proof of delivery! This puts you at risk of credibility with customer service and security of the supply chain - hence just a 4.

However, I have contacted the local depot on your behalf to get confirmation and proof of delivery just so that we can ensure delivery was completed properly. Hi There, Thank you for your feedback. I have checked with the warehouse and we have just had a changeover in vintage from the supplier from 2019 to 2020. The web team are now updating this on the site to reflect the same. Please allow me to apologise for any inconvenience caused. As we don't have the 2019 in stock, I cannot swap it for you. However, I am happy to book a collection and refund or a collection and reship of alternative bottles if you would not like to keep the 2020 vintage. Last Saturday one of two boxes being delivered was dropped- this box cntained 2 bottles.. I expected to be notified of arrangement for replacement promptly. Oh Wednesday I had heard nothing and followed up with emails to DPD and OBriens. The replacement was delivered yesterday and O’Briens apologized for the inconvenience caused. I had hoped for an extra bottle to compensate for my time responding to many emails in order to sort this out.
