DPD failed to deliver on Friday last as they said they had an incomplete address. I note that they did not have my eircode. The did however have my telephone number as they were able to send me a text to say they would deliver but no call was received regarding the address. The delivery was made on Monday.

I got thid emil wine was delivered. So starting looking all over to see if the driver had left it some where on property. I called in to OBriens and no delivery was made ?

Hi Greg, I'm so sorry for the confusion. The En Primeur Wines ordered this year will be delivered in the summer of 2026, and the shipping email was sent in error. Champagne was delivered to wrong address on the scheduled day - after much liaison/emails etc was eventually successfully delivered around 4-5 days later!

Very disappointing. Although I realize it was the fault of DPD, my order was delivered to the incorrect address. The disappointing thing was that it took so long to sort out, when I finally managed to contact you. For a start I could not find a number to phone you. I phoned one of your shops and was told I would have to email you and that you would phone me then. It took two days before I heard from you. Then it took another couple of days while you tried to find out where the order was although I was able to tell you from the DPD message and photo. When someone phoned it was to be told that the order had been returned to the depot (presumably DPD depot), but still no resolution from my point of view. It was now a Friday. I didn't hear from you again until Monday. At this stage it was nine days since I had put in the order. On Monday (today) I was told that the order was being re-issued. I don't know if it has arrived yet. From the customer's point of view, it would have been much more satisfactory to have (a) some way for the customer to be able to contact you quickly in such cases and (b) for the order to be re-issued immediately once you see the error rather than trying to find out what went wrong, leaving the customer hanging. Your investigation could continue after the customer has been dealt with. I hope the choice of wines I made were good that I sent to my friend after all this fuss.

A disappointing rye whiskey. .very weak ,and lacks the character of U.S. and Canadian ryes. .Two stars,( with a struggle )..

DPD claimed that they attempted to deliver but they didn’t. There was somebody at home all day.

Glad of the service now that Brexit has stopped me sending anything at all from UK to Ireland for my best friends birthday/Xmas present but it would be helpful if I could have had the bottle of champagne delivered if not on the day then a day or two before.As it is O'Briens just takes the order and delivers at their own convenience so a bit of an anticlimax

Hi There, Thank you for your feedback. I can see that you placed your order on March 25th and it was delivered on March 27th. All orders are dispatched in the order in which they are placed. Please note that the majority of our orders are currently taking 2-3 working days to complete. Once an order is placed unfortunately we cannot hold or specify what day it will arrive within that time frame. That said, once you get tracking information on your shipment you can make specified requests directly with the courier through the link that you will receive to the manage your delivery portal. Bad customer service .. bought chilled white wine from fridge ! Got home to discover it was red wine .. returned with it and was charged extra 95 cent ! No apology .. I had been inconvenienced but was told in fairness to them label’s looked very similar 🙄 I am a regular customer so felt this was wrong .. young untrained staff !

I got this as a gift for someone and one of the beers was out of date when it arrived. Feels like they're just getting rid of stock that hasn't sold and isn't really a craft club. Bit disappointing.

Slow communication on shipping but it was over xmas so that is understandable but the wrong bottle was then delivered with no original Ruinart box, still waiting on feedback from O'Briens. Busy time of year, yes, but it was not that tricky of an order.

Unfortunately I am quite unimpressed with the Service as the recipients had no idea that I had Sent this to them as the message that I had included was not on the hamper.!!

Hi Ron, I am so sorry to see that your gift message was not included in your order. At times the notes can move around in transit/ slip down the side of the inserts. I can understand the importance of a gift message in an order especially for an occasion. I have flagged this with our warehouse so that they are vigilant about including the notes and to ensure they are in the top of the box where the recipient can easily access it. Ordered way ahead of time for Christmas to be informed it was damaged by a courier and returned to depo. It was a time sensitive present and I was disappointed

When buying this product on your site, it was displayed as having a Red birdfeeder, when it arrived it was green. Considering the price this is quite disappointing, to not receive what was advertised.

Nothing has arrived yet. As often is the case DPD have advised that the delivery is delayed!!! Please consider using an alternate courier. An Post I have found to be much more reliable.
