“Had organised delivery of a small wine order on the website. Great selection of wines, free delivery on orders over 100 euro. My order arrived quickly (2-3 days) and just before Christmas too. Would happily order from the website again. Thank You!”

“I recently purchased a box of wine as a gift for a friend who lives in Wexford. There was some confusion with DPD in relation to the delivery. I spoke to Sinead in your head office customer service department and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She was brilliant and could not have been more helpful or efficient. If all customer service was as good as I received from Sinead the world would be a much happier place. She is an amazing asset to your company and I am glad I got the opportunity to tell you how fantastic she is. Thanks again and Nollaig Shona Linda”

“The online payment engine did not work and gave a spurious message and there was no way to cancel the order, which was stuck in a limbo and had to be resolved through manual intervention. Some items were out of stock but the team apparently waited and so some days passed before further phone calls resolved the problem and got the process moving again.”

“Wine is good. Delivery service was a problem. The phone I filled in online was not provided to the courier. They sent an email saying no one at the address when someone was there. They couldn’t ph as they didn’t have the contact number”
