What did I do before Ocado? And why doesn't everyone use it? Ocado is efficient and reliable - it's a very rare event when my delivery doesn't arrive in the designated hour slot, and then I'm given warning. Delivery men (for they almost inevitably are - why??) are polite and helpful. Friends always ask if I don't mind having someone else choose my fruit and veg, but I find the quality excellent and I couldn't do better if I selected things myself. The range of products increases constantly, so it's unusual not to find what I'm looking for. I would recommend them highly.

I have been shopping with Ocado for a few years now, I'm always impressed with the service your drivers give. Slots are readily available and your 'on time' record is excellent. We are moving house and one question I always ask when house hunting is do Ocado deliver here? Even to the point that an estate agent emailed me that an area we were looking in had Ocado deliveries. Looking forward to continued good service in our new house.

Accurate, punctual, complaints dealt with easily and effectively, consideration and help given in emergencies, goods of a high standard, reasonably priced and a wide choice - what more can I say?

I am very dissappointed how diffuclt to get a refund after 24 hours. One does not open a whole order in the first day. This is particularly difficult over wine. To phone can take for to long as you are told you are 7th in the queque etc. I suggest when you book an order there should be a place on the web sight to specify is there anything you wish to return from recent orders. I am sure as with returns on current orders this would not be abused

Now that Ocado have got their act together they are a professionally run delivery service. The only complaint I have is that soft fruit is often under heavier items and invariably upside down on arrival. Keep up the excellent work

I am very impressed with thee whole service, from the website which is easy to use, to the drivers who all pay attention to my dog and have a moment to speak in their busy schedules, to the customer service staff who always listen and put customers first. A bonus I could not do without. Thank you to everyone.

Very efficient service, I have a delivery most weeks. I like the fact that things are picked from a centralised warehouse and not from shops and the best before guarantees when ordering. I also like being able to buy more unusual hard to find items as well as basic groceries. Prices are good, particularly offers. Thoroughly recommended.

I have been shopping with Ocado for eight years and in that time only experienced one late delivery and that was at Christmas so was not a problem. Very rarely do I have substituted or damaged items and the drivers are always very helpful and polite. My only criticism is the way the bags are packed ie one small item in one bag and many heavy items in another. On the whole a great service.

Rarely have any substitutions. Excellent timing, if not on time then they call you but that happens very rarely. Easy to navigate website, customer friendly. Good selection and options of most foods and groceries. Price match with Tesco. Friendly helpful staff. I have no complaints but can highly recommend them.

I have tried all the home delivery providers and without a doubt, Ocado are top! There are rarely any problems, the one hour slots are really helpful, the app works well and the drivers are cheerful and efficient. This is so important- other drivers are miserable and moody and practically throw your shopping at you. I'm sticking with Ocado.

I have used Ocado for seven years for all my main shopping and would not use anyone else after trying Tesco , Asda and Sainsburys. I find the deliveries to be very prompt and drivers to be very friendly and helpful and orders arrive sensibly packed and very rarely with missing items or substitutions. I also like that you get an email and text before your order arrives so you are aware in advance of any alterations to your delivery. I have been a smart pass member since it was introduced and find the extra savings and ability to have two deliveries a week a godsend as for the past year I have been homebound waiting for an operation and my deliveries have been a lifeline. I find the website and app easy to use and prices and offers very competitive and the quality and diversity of items to be brilliant, I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

I have used all of the supermarket home delivery options and without doubt Ocado is the best. There are several reasons for this: - a huge amount of stock, far more than in any supermarket and rarely are things out of stock or substituted - a wide range of products, including international products and key ingredients - good value for money with price matches, great deals and offers - excellent customer service who put things right on the rare occasion things go wrong. Great drivers and delivery people who are polite and professional - a simple website that's easy to use and manage. Ocado is a great British company. Give it a go. It's saved me many £s on prices, it's better for the environment and you don't have to traipse around a supermarket and queue up and carry things home.

On the whole, the Delivery drivers are polite and all ask where the shopping needs to be put. Substituted items are mostly acceptable and the delivery driver always makes sure I am aware and happy with the substitution. Packing can be less reliable with some bags being packed very full and piled which squashes liquid containers, particularly milk. The free gift and other try out freebies are a nice touch! Deliveries are made in the allocated time slot. Overall a good and convenient service.

Ocado is an excellent service. Their delivery drivers provide an impeccable service. They will phone you if they are going to be late, or early, and offer an excellent all round service. The food is always top quality with a no quibble returns quality. Everything has a long shelf life and is what you would pick yourself from the store. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ocado and would never waste my time in a supermarket with a trolley again when I can have it brought expertly to my hall, or even my kitchen if I ask.

The best online supermarket. Great variety of products, rarely substituted and great deals. They always provide a faultless service with drivers who are all a credit to the company. Can't fault them.
