I invested $65k with Pocket Option, and they refused to release my deposit and profit, then was asked to verify my address which I did, 2 weeks down the line, I didn't get my money. I kindly ask anyone who reads this review not to invest on this platform. I was able to recover my money by getting in touch with mustangggrc @ gmail. com. They are highly recommended by me. They helped me recover my lost fund which was taken from me by those frauds.

Laila was very helpful today then rang me back to make sure the emergency team had rang me . Also the guy who came to fit my new gas meter was very efficient and pleasant .

14 months of hell and now as I tried to leave, they block it and rob me the credit in my account stating 'previously inaccurate billing' despite meter readings! I will be back with the full update once I have taken this as far as I can legally. Sick to death of company's robbing my hard earned (very little) cash. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! :(

My primary driver was service, as our existing supplier is now woefully lacking in that regard. We are, however, also looking ahead to solar and EV, which are clear strategic objectives from all the Octopus marketing and narrative. The individual I spoke to could not have been more impressive. Knowledgeable, helpful, enthusiastic and pro-active, creating a strong impression that we're in safe hands. The cost now is comparable, which is all we wanted. Impossible to fault.

So I called 3 times yesterday to set up my EV charging tariff after installing a smart meter which is great , however upon my second call it seemed the advisor I was speaking to had said it will take 7 days for the tariff to start and I questioned this and it appears she hung up on me as I was not happy with the set up and just being told to go on line and set it up . Seems very daft and a waste of my time to call for a person to person call , however the third caller , I forget her name was so super helpful and couldn’t go further for me and it was superb service in the end telling me the tariff is up and running so no issues , leaving 1star seems a bit harsh but it’s difficult as calls were ok but second one was just poor

Joined Octopus for the EV tariff, but have just realised that I’m not on the Intelligent EV scheme after all. Very disappointed and very angry. Virtually impossible to transfer from the flexible account to the Intelligent EV tariff. Asked by email how we are supposed to change to an intelligent EV tariff and was just told to go on the App. How unhelpful was that?!! Don’t believe all the hype about great customer service. Great, it certainly isn’t!!

I spoke to Jack today who was extremely helpful. He helped transfer the tariff over to me from previous owner and was quick to answer any questions I had in regards to tariff and smart meters.
