The young woman who helped me move to Octopus was excellent. She explained everything clearly to me and the move was smooth.

Such an easy switch so far, simple on line application, and Bebe was so helpful with answering a query that I had. Also very impressed with the high level of communication. If this carries on to a smooth transition, I will be a fan forever

Jacob was calm, polite and clear in explaining what had happened with my energy switch. He also said he would keep his eyes on my account and ensure that the problem was resolved quickly. So good to talk with someone like him. Thank you Jacob and Octopus

I fail to understand why it takes Octopus 7 to 10 days to refund my overpayment. £600.00 in their bank not mine for another week. Ripping us off.

I simply find their knowledge and quick methods of calculations really refreshingly transparent! I was querying whether I was on the best tariff and had beaten the price hikes. Leila was able to tell me exactly how much changing to another tariff would cost/save over a year, based on my current usage - genius - that's all I needed to know, not 3 decimal points of a 6p rate:) Octupus are consistently friendly, amenable, good humoured, fast, knowledgeable and I have never yet come away from a call with them where I am have been annoyed, frustrated or any other range of negative emotions! This is almost a miracle in today's customer service. Wish I could say the same about car insurance providers! Thankyou Leila and thankyou Octopus!

22nd November 2024 I called Octopus Energy to register with them as my Electricity Provider. I was attended to by one of their advisors Ms Dominikam. The phone call was quite calm approach between Ms Dominika and myself. She was a good listener as she paused to allow me expressed my reasons why I was switching from my previous Energy Provider. We had a good rapport such that I was free to put in good sense humour in our conversation. Ms Dominika explained calmly knowledge-based informations about their current promotion of tariffs. Therefore I had sufficient informations to make my decision about my choice of fixed tariff. She allowed me to ask questions and gave answers to them accordingly. Advisory Dominika took me through the process to set me up as new customer step by step friendly&polite approach. I had read the meter reading that day before I called Octopus Energy . My readings was submitted to Ms Dominika and informed me Octopus will be contacting my previous Provider with those readings for my final bill. Overall it was happy switching experience without flaw to complain about.I hope my future phone calls to Octopus Energy will remain customer satisfaction experience. Thank you &well done to Ms Dominika for her warm & patient listening skill, not pressurising for me which made me feel relaxed & enhanced my Switching Decision positively
