We had little communication, had to wait days to over a week for most replies, lost a home that we had wanted and finally terminated our contract with him and STILL got no reply...We sent a SECOND letter of Termination and to no surprise... STILL no reply from Kerry Banda. So we sent an email to his OFFERPAD broker Steve Metarelis...we have now sent 2 emails and called OFFERPAD twice and it has been OVER a week yet NO REPLY?? If you are considering OfferPad PLEASE DON'T. We have had nothing short of a disappointing & unprofessional relationship with this company and their broker and agent.”
“Because of trash corporations like this, every single family home in America is being snatched and forced into renting so they can continue to turn outrageous profit in this rental market. Soon there will be no actual people buying/selling houses as you'll have to fight with a large money hungry corp that is unwilling to negotiate/maintain the house. I'm glad HOAs are fusing to let this company in their neighborhoods. Hopefully soon enough they'll get sued into oblivion and have to file bankruptcy and release these empty homes to people who will actually buy and live in them.”
“Horrible experience with Offerpad! They failed to deliver a house on the closing date, yet no one seem to care about the inconvenience AND expenses they caused me, the buyer. The furnace didn't work and they should have know this and had it fixed well before closing. Instead, they have taken their sweet time using vendors who do not seem to be in any hurry. They promised multiple repairs would be completed on time but they were not and their workmanship was shoddy. This company seem to thrive on being deceptive, not revealing important details about a property. When you call their corporate office all you get is a recording and no one returns you calls. You can't send the corporate office a fax without a PIN number. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FROM THEM.”
“Kristina Ryan was the worst realtor. She lied repeatedly and was there more for the buyer than she was for me. The director of offerpad had to step in to save the sale of my home. I would strongly discourage anyone from using offerpad. She threatened me with legal action when I said I'm not comfortable with questions that she refused to answer, she wouldn't answer any texts or calls when I had follow-up questions and in the end told me, too bad you sold your house you need to get out.”
“This is the worst experience ever! The men who came in my home to see what needed to be repaired were dirty and smelled bad! I have on my home camera! I played it back could not believe what I had saw! So disrespectful! I would not trust these men in your home! Remember you get nothing for nothing! Go with a respectable realtor in the long run it make take longer but it will be a much more honest way to do business! This is not a honest business! It took me a week to get there horrible smell out of my mother’s home!”

“Offerpad posted a home in Conroe for well above appraised value. The home needs a new roof and new ac unit. We found this out after inspections. Offerpad did not offer to do any repairs, so they provided a repair allowance. At this point we verified with their repair team that if the house did not meet VA appraisal what their intention was. They informed us that the repair allowance had nothing to do with the appraisal and they would cross that bridge when we got there. So we move forward purchasing a VA appraisal. The appraisal came back well below the appraised value. Offerpad was contacted to try and get their comp prices in order to figure out where they got there posted value. One of the comps that used was across town and not acceptable, it was also a home that was 14 years newer. The only other comp they had was closer to the actual appraised value. Offerpad tried having us pay half of the difference of their mistake in posting the value of the home. Additionally, they were trying to require us to give back the repair allowance. These are highly inappropriate business practices that are costing a lot of people money for inspections and appraisals. I would recommend everybody stay away from doing business with offerpad.”

“Selling your home can be scary. There are so many details to work through and so many decisions to make. I was very satisfied with my home selling experience. Steve Russell with Offerpad, provided timely answers to all my questions but wasn’t pushy. He got the listing onto MLS quickly, and the photos looked great. The electronic review and signing of documents also saved a lot of time. Steve was very accessible, responsive and knowledgeable through the whole process and our home sold for over the asking price. “We used offer pas to sell our house. After all of the bad reviews we we nervous. We were ok with the 7% fee. We spent over a thousand dollars fixing up our home but after the inspection they wanted 9950 in repairs to repaint the inside and out side of the house, nrw carpet and a couple more repairs so I have to deduct a star. They were extremely helpful. Josie was nice. If you no what you are getting into and want flexibility with your move dates AND don't want to pay for all the repairs before listing your home than this is for you.”
“On their website it says its easy and fast. Not true. They do an onsite inspection, then they send out other inspectors and inform you of the issues they found and deduct from the price that was quoted. They do not locally move you, they send a couple of men (without a truck) to help with the move. Their title company is a joke and unwilling to help. With their 7.5% fee it is definitely not worth it. Takes too long if you are in a hurry. Waited 6 months still no close and today said they would have to cancel our contract because of the overall condition of the property. We had a fire in 2011 and had to rebuild so how could it be that bad in only 8 years. Inspectors don't know what they are doing.”
“I used offerpad to sell my house quickly. I listed all the upgrades in my home as well uploaded pictures. Long story short, everything in my house has been replaced or upgraded except the carpet in 4 rooms. The price the offered me was an INSULT!!!! It was nowhere near what my house is worth. Only use them if you are desperate to sell without caring how much you get for it. I went with another company that OBVIOUSLY felt my house was worth more than what offerpad felt it was worth.”
“the customer service sucks, the company sucks, the way they run their business sucks, and the way the way they "renovate or upgrade" a house truly SUCKS!!! from plumbing and electrical problems they won't fix to putting on doors the wrong way, doors not being big enough, to not having ONE light switch in room!!!! who does that?!!!! and as a service I wrote another longer in detail review with the BBB! I'll keep on writing review in hopes THAT NO ONE EVER BUYs ANYTHING from you! Your work on my house looks like you hired someone in middle school. And The process while closing made it seem like it was ran a high school student... an IGNORANT one at best!”
