“We ordered a coffee maker for our business on 16 Feb 2021...after several follow up calls to Officesupply.com.....lie after lie. spoke to a horrible customer service rep named Melissa....said the 3rd party distribution company wasn't get back to her another lie. The best part is that the next customer service rep I got told me it had been shipped on 16 Feb 2021....when I asked them to provide a shipping notice they couldn't...now what kind of system is that. They had no problem offering my money back because there was never a product available in my opinion. Let's see how smooth the refund process goes.Worst part no follow-up on my calls...if I would have read the reviews in advance of the order I wouldn't have ordered from them that's my bad. I believe any good review they have they probably created internally. Stay clear....poor business model.”

“I have been a long time customer of OfficeSupply.com for ten years. I have never had an issue like any of the ones below. Sure, when you are a big company like they are some things are bound to happen and people are going to find a way to complain. No one ever takes time to say something positive anymore. When we have had issues it has always been dealt with quickly by friendly US based customer service. The prices are often better than Amazon (and you cant even call Amazon) and we often get two day delivery for all of our office needs without a Prime Membership. I highly recommend.”
“Ordered a package of boxes. 3 business days later I checked tracking and the label was made but hadn't been shipped. Called and got a message that everyone in customer service was busy helping shipping. Called again and got through to an operator. yada yada. They admitted it had not been shipped out, possibly lost but they could reship or cancel for me. They wouldn't expedite shipping. She stated they don't guarantee anything will ship within 2-3 days. Also their "Happiness guarantee" is for the products themselves, not the shipping. Guess I'll never find out. What a useless company.”
“This is definitely the worst experience I've ever had and similar to all others who wrote their reviews here. They sent the shipment to a wrong address which is even not in my state!! UPS returned it. it is impossible to get in touch with them, they do not answer calls repeating - "we apologize for delay, we are experiencing higher then normal call volume". I can understand why, they have so many complains. They did not answer a single email I sent to their email address. So, evidently, they did not fulfill their obligations and they do not want to do anything with it. Do not use their service!!!”
“Do not do business we this place. Order AA batteries and they just throw them in box. The box they come was all torn up and just thrown in there. Even doing a complaint with BBB they still donât care. Wish the president of the company knew what he had for customer service and shipping. All I got from them was nothing wrong with the product. How do I know they are not just used batteries they stuck in a box.”
“Ordered 10 bottles of gel toilet bowl cleaner and package of k-cups.
Received box this morning and entire contents are leaked in box. 10 bottles of liquid bleach! Of course, I did not know this when I picked up the package in the dark at 630 this morning when it was delivered (yes, delivered at 630am) and it got all over my expensive work clothes. Completely ruined a $90 pair of jeans and sweater cardigan from White House Black Market.
Called company to let them know and they offered a refund for items but not my expensive clothing that was ruined. Told me they use 3rd parties and are not responsible which is BS bc you are always liable if youâre business partner is providing a faulty product or service.
I plan to legally pursue this as Iâve ruined $200 in clothes for a $50 shipment.
Worst experience ever! Wish I could upload pix of what they sent me. Should be ashamed to know they partner with companies that provide absolutely no packing protection.”
“Good prices very poor customer service. I placed an order and they edited the order before it shipped and received a double order. When I contacted them to return the additional items they asked me to pay for the shipping. Why should I pay for the shipping on items I did not order. They told me that an edit option was not available, yet it was. They also do not answer the phones. Very poor customer service. They just lost a good customer.”

“Refused to allow me to return a box of unopened 2 oz portion cup lids. Apparently, I bought them as a "subscription" and a second (and unwanted) box was sent to me. They absolutely refuse to take them back because for some reason, they are an "nonreturnable" item. Guess what? I am now a "nonreturnable" customer now.”
“I ordered a keyboard tray from this company. The package arrived almost completely torn apart because--get this--the product didn't actually fit in the box. There was a piece of cardboard haphazardly taped over the part that stuck out. Okay, weird, but fine. However, possibly because it was packaged so badly, the tilt mechanism had been broken in transit, and now my tray is permanently stuck in a tilted position that's totally uncomfortable, completely defeating the purpose of having an ergonomic keyboard tray.
This is extremely inconvenient, but to make matters even worse, when I contacted the company, they said that I would have to *return the keyboard tray* in order to get another one. In what box? The one it arrived in had been completely destroyed. So now I have to go out and get a box and then ship it to fix what *they* messed up?
This company is completely incompetent at both shipping and customer service. 0/10 recommend. I will never, ever buy from them again, and 3M should remove it from their list of suppliers.”
“This is a great place for office supplies. I usually pay half the price I could get the same thing at Staples. BUT, in this day and age when everybody is screaming about the environment, this company sends me one half cubic foot of supplies in a 3 cubic foot box??????? Please, review your shipping department. “There products are the same as any other store, but you can get them at a lower price and if you spend $45 or more, you get free shipping. They are quick too. You get everything within 3-5 days. Awesome!”
