“A friend of mine told me about Off The Record a while back and I was a little skeptical, to say the least. Turns out these guys are legit and provided exactly what they advertised. I never even considered fighting a traffic ticket before because I always thought that it was a guaranteed loss if I did. I wasn't there to see what they did. All I know is that it was worth the small fee to let them try because they refund that fee if they lose and if they win, that fee is much smaller than the traffic ticket fines you would end up paying. They get my ticket dismissed and I'm just thankful that I found someone that I feel I can trust to handle this for me now. I will definitely use them again if I get another ticket. Just not having to go to court was worth the small fee.”

“It was ok even though you guys felt like I won. I personally still feel like I lost. I had to accept a plea for something I did not do in order to keep my driver's license. That's the legal system for you that supports racist cops who hide behind a badge and gives them the power to do what ever they want to do and people of color like myself got to take a plea so yea I lost. Thank you for giving me the only option I had to begin with was to take a plea and pay for something I did not do.”

“I was on my way to help a friend stranded on the highway, driving in an unfamiliar place on a wide road, and somehow missed that I was in a school zone and was going 32. I got a ticket and then realized that I’d been charged with a misdemeanor. Matthew Brinkley, the attorney OTR assigned got it reduced to an infraction with a fine even after the prosecutor said it wasn’t possible. I still don’t know if there is a chance it will affect my insurance, but I’m so grateful not to have a misdemeanor for trying to help someone in need”
