“I am very happy with Ogamigam i had problems with one of my orders & one of your assistants Tori, was very patient & helped me through it One BIG regret! So few (if any) choices for boys slippers size 5.... too big for children .....too small for men. Dont they wear slippers at that age?!”

“Absolutely brilliant service and gorgeous shoes! I have been trying to find an alternative to the normal high street shoes without compromising on quality and fit, and Ogam Igam has certainly exceeded this expectation! Lovely variety of shoes, every single one I liked was in the size I needed and not only was I able to order a variety to choose from, but Ogam Igam provide the freepost returns label, making online shoe shopping so much easier! I returned the ones I didn't choose and had the money back in my account within days! Fab shoes, fab service, just fab!!!! Will definitely be coming to you for the next pair :)”

“Boots are absolutely lovely quality and at the best price I could find. Not only that, but the despatch time was amazing (the boots were despatched within an hour or so of me placing the order) and delivered really quickly. Superb service - would happily order from them again. Thank you”

“Lovely store and friendly staff. I was a bit disappointed only to be shown 2 styles/colours in my daughters size, only to order the exact pair we were looking for online. They were clearly in the storeroom but not brought out, as they were available for collection the next day - it was a real shame as her great grandmother had made a pretty long journey to buy her first pair of proper shoes, so walking away without a pair (when they were there all along) was a bit disappointing.”

Thank you for your review Kayley. I appreciate your concern about not being shown certain stock items. At the time of your visit we were changing our stock from summer to winter, the summer stock going into a different storage location, consequently not all of the summer stock was (and is) available to customer visits in store. With our on line store we have much more time to retrieve individual items that are sometimes in deep storage and we are able to do this during quiet in store activity periods. If customers are able to give us prior notice of wishing to view particular out of season stock items before a store visit we are able to arrange this. Hope this helps.
