“Website is easy to follow. Product was easy to find and next day delivery as promised. The only down side was the packaging, which to say was tatty would be an understatement. Whoever boxed my items up should I think have training on how to package items and also how to seal the box. Items should not be bent to fit the box, and sufficient packaging tape in the correct place would help to keep the box sealed!”

“A little pricier than other suppliers but very good service and a very nice product and speedy delivery. Had a few teething problems with printer drivers from OKI website, but their helpdesk support was superb. I bought this particular printer because I wanted to use 250gsm card in at the front and straight out at the back and choice at this price is limited. Speaking of which this was a very reasonably priced printer once the 'cash-back' offer was applied. The printer does bend the card slightly, especially on the front edge, but this is not too much of a problem and when time allows I shall experiment with different cardstocks. All in all I am very pleased with the printer and the service I received from both OKIdirect and the OKI support team, well done.”
