“I can get hard-to-get and rare movies and shows. There are still some movies I want but can not find yet which I hope you may later get. Imports are good with some having defects. Made-to-order is of poor qualities and always have defects and skips in them.”

“The prices on this last order were beyond belief. Arrived yesterday in about 5-6 days. I have received overall just a few cracked CD cases. CDs OK. I like the running total of items available. Also track listings. Sometimes I have problems logging in my card number. Using PayPal worked eventually. I kept getting the grumpy faced icon. Otherwise, great.”

“ORDER 6155076: You charged my VISA $148.10 (according to VISA) but did not ship one item ($16). My order status still shows it as shipped. Are you crediting my VISA for the difference? Every time that you short-ship an order I have a problem. I don't know if it is cancelled or on back order.”
