“Website quotes 3-5 business days for shipping. It took fourteen business days to recieve an email that my order had shipped. No one responded to my attempts to reach out via messenger. It took me emailing to get any kind of response, and the initial response had a different customers name in it. No attempts by the company to reach out to let me know they were behind. This was my first order experience and it did not instill any trust in the company at all. It feels like so many opportunities to build relationship and trust through communication were missed here.”

“Olga's closet has SO many designs. It can be overwhelming but it means that there's fabric for everybody out there! Not only that, but you can get it printed on the material you want, which means you get the fabric you want to wear and in the print you love. I loved shopping at Olga's not only for that, but also because almost all the colors can be printed solid as well to create more professional looking clothes with well matched materials and colors. I would recommend this to everyone I know in a heartbeat.”

“I am very disappointed in the shipping time. My order was placed on Feb 3 with a stated TAT of 3-5 business days. This was not placed during a big sale or holiday orders. The order was for one 1yd cut. I emailed on Feb 16 stating my order had not shipped yet and received and automated response of “it will ship soon”. My order did not ship until Feb 22. I do not think that 13 business days is acceptable for a one yard cut order. An email should have been sent out giving an update with the delay in shipping and an approximate date. If the TAT is longer, please state that on your website. This is my first order with this company, so I am truly hoping the quality will be worth the wait. However, I do not see myself purchasing again.”

We are so sorry for the delay in your order and apologize that we did not communicate our turnaround time to you accurately. We have been experiencing a major staffing issue in our warehouse and are working around the clock to keep up with all the demand. We agree that 13 business days is not acceptable and unfortunately many orders that went out late during the month of February. We are working on implementing a new system that will allow us to communicate our turnaround time more accurately and notify customers more promptly if there is ever a delay. I apologize again and hope that we may be able to earn your business again in the future.

“Great selection of quality fabrics at very good prices. Free shipping on large orders helps!! She has live sales with her husband (and sometimes her mom is helping!) that are fun and interactive with lots of laughs. Olga's is my go to for fabric of any type.”

“The double-brushed poly fabric comes in some really cute prints but is pretty thin. I made a few children's dresses but don't expect them to last long-- they are not nearly as durable-feeling as double-brushed poly that I've purchased elsewhere. I would not use it for an adult garment, it would be quite see-through when stretched.”

“It’s been a couple weeks and I’ve not yet received my order. They held the order because one selection was unavailable. That’s okay but I do wish they had informed me rather than me having to ask. I would’ve chosen another color and gotten the order by now.”

Our protocol is to contact the email address on the order, as well as phone if provided and sometimes we can even find customers if you are a member of our Facebook group. It is possible that our message ended up in your spam folder or was not able to be delivered. “Fabrics are nice. A lot on my new patters use 4-way stretch but I had a lot of trouble finding a decent variety. Thankfully Olga’s has a great selection. I’ve only made one project so far but will make more!”

“I love all the bases the scrap packs were good the only problem is there were pieces that were so small you wouldn’t be able to do anything with them I had to throw them away some are small for small bows and a majority was fat half’s or quarters I think I might have gotten a yard in one scrap pack”
