“item i got was fine but i was overcharged and told when i came in ill be refunded. Then was told it will go back on my card automatically but it never has.”

“Links of London Sweetie bracelet This is a difficult review as I have various feelings about my purchase. I would give 5 stars to Oliver Jewellery for ease of purchase, shipping and overall customer service. However, I am disappointed with the bracelet itself. It was not new (not totally unexpected, but condition is quite used). It was not that well cleaned - I spent some time cleaning grime out the ingraving and in between some links. It was also missing the small '925' tag. Two bracelets were ordered within minutes of each other, and the one my daughter received was far nicer.”

“Not quite as described and return policy is too short as it is based on date of sale (not date of delivery) so if delivery is long already too late to return.”

“We had a very rough go at the beginning as some of the staff were a bit disorganized, possibly due to the sale. However things ended up working out - other than a delayed delivery that didn’t make it for a special occasion.”

“Package was left outside my door unattended no signature required. What if this $1500 package was taken by someone else? Also they made the receipt/certification same length with package so when I cut the package to open I also destroyed the certification. Really annoyed experience with this merchant.”

“Ordered a red Gucci Marmott cardholder as a valentines day gift but still have not received it to date even though the tracking provided states that it is "delivered" and signed by someone I do not know.....whether security person or concierge. I have inquired daily since but nothing. I have contacted "Andrew" and have not had a chance to connect with him but did call on the 18th of February 2022 in the morning and spoke with Mark where he was very abrupt with me and spoke to me in a more "matter of fact" manner instead of helping me find a solution to the missing item. He was supposed to have messaged me a screenshot of the signature for the package but still have not received it, even after he confirmed my telephone number with me upon speaking with him. Not sure I want my friends, colleagues or family to shop here as they do not seem interested in a solution.”

“My purchase came in a plastic pull string bag...no box. it is a gift and i will have to find something else to put it in before i wrap....if i had purchased a knock off it would have at least come with a dust cover bag. Very disappointing after sales presentation. I wouldn't have said anything so i thank you for sending repeated emails asking me to do so.”
