“They made me happy on my return to the airport only because I actually got the car I ordered. Watch out with this place just because you order a 740 BMW does not mean you will get it, nor will they call you to tell you that the car you ordered is not going to be what you get. Very unprofessional IMO. On the day to be picked up from the airport I called to verify that my reservation was good, and the car I wanted was available. I was told yes by the gentleman on the phone and was told the BMW will be there. yet when I arrive I get some SUV. When I called to ask WTF happened no one could tell me why I did not have my 740. There are plenty of car service in Vegas and when we return I will definitely use another. I prolly would not have been so disappointed if they would have just let me know so my hopes would not be up for the one car I ordered and verified. Drivers were great, knew the city well and very outgoing but the company itself should have called me and if that car was not available I should have been told and not just given what ever they decided to give me. Lost my business here.... .”

“I confirmed my pick up to be in a stretch 6 seat but I was picked up in a Chevy. I ordered the stretch well in advance and expected for my experience. It was a special week for my wife as it was her birthday, our anniversary and kidney transplant celebration.. I took her to Vegas for a special week and wanted to have her picked up in style. I was very disspointed but I was forced to go in the Chevy in order to get to the Venetian. A refund was not enough compensation. I should have been given a day with the limo at no charge anywhere we wanted to go. Omni definitely fell short.”

“I travel to Vegas for business 10+ times a year. I have used several services until I found Omni. This was my 3rd consecutive time using them and it's been super consistent! They are by far the best. Always on time, curteous drivers with great personality and the vehicles are always in great condition and clean. I will never bother using another service.”

“When booking the limo I was told I could hook up to the blue tooth to play my own music , tonight that was not the case we had to listen to a radio station which was a great disappointment as this was one of the main reasons I hired the limo which the company. Once in the limo we checked with the driver to ensure we was getting our full hour, in which he replied well I could take you down the strip and if there's bad traffic it could run over an hr and you get charged ridiculous prices. However he went down the strip and took us straight to our destination which was a 20 minute journey. I paid $140 for a limo with no alcohol, no Bluetooth connection and a 20 minute ride. I'm utterly disgusted.”

“Both drivers were on time and notified me via text that they had arrived for pick-up. Both drivers were pleasant and professional. This is the best limo service I've had in Vegas. I will use this company again and will pass on their name to my friends and family. Thank for a great experience.”

“Ronnell, was on time, (early) very courteous & friendly. Helped with our bags and delivered quickly. The vehicle was an SUV very clean, well maintained. We are extremely pleased and will use this service again!”
