“I am pleased to share that both our bar and kitchen teams at Downtown Ramen Restaurant are absolutely loving the new blender. Each team has their own jug, and they have found the blender to be incredibly efficient, durable, and fast. One of the standout features for us is the sound cover, which has been a game changer in keeping noise levels down in our busy bar and restaurant area. This has greatly enhanced the overall environment for both our staff and customers. We are very satisfied with our purchase and would highly recommend OmniBlend to others. “Our experience was great. OmniBlend was immediately available to effect repairs and within a day, repairs had been made. Invoice was immediate. We had neglected to provide necessary information for our business beforehand and the correction and reissue of the invoice was also near immediate. It is not often one may comment that a service provider is too fast or too efficient. Great experience. Thank you.”

“Mr Folmer, thanks for contacting me.... I can give a five star smiling feeback for your staff and technical team. However, I am really disappointed that the issue I had with the Omniblend of "walking around when in use" is not better.... it is actually a little worse.... although the armature bearing and blades were replaced. On receipt of my blender, the technician did mention that "some blenders do walk" and unfortunately I have one of those. I assume I will have to replace the bearings within the next two-three years due to something that is seriously not in sync in my Omniblend? Honestly, it is so bad that I cannot even leave the blender to run on its own.... I need to hold it down by hand..... The only solution I foresee is that I will have to bolt the Omniblend down.... what would your suggestion be?”

“We bought 2 blendere and are very happy with its quality. Because we are a restaurant the blenders went through alot of work, but when we sent it for repairs, it came back working fine.”

“Thebcallsbto the office seems to be frustrating as the first person who answers transfers to wrong people and then it is transfered to another and the call gets dropped. It was easier just figuring out by ones self”

“This blender is amazingly efficient. Omniblend was my choice because of the spare parts available, the warranty and repair ability for the appliance. I do not want to got through blenders every few years and not be able to repair them or find parts for them. I hope this blender lasts me at least 10 years. I have given a 4 star review beacause, as amazing as the blender is, I have a pitted jug within my first few uses. It still works, it's still going to be used. It is pitted because of dry grinding spices (in small batches). I haven't done much research to find out how to minimise this pitting. All/most blender jugs are likely to scratch if not glass. I'm just a bit disappointed to stare the lifetime of this jug in the face as a constantly scratched item. Grinding spices is a big part of why I have this blender. Having 2 jugs at this point isn't justifiable with the new jug cost. I would definitely recommend this blender. My main cautions are to check the scratching potential of whatever dry ingredients you blend, and also to note that the blender blades are moving so quickly, that they can heat up the ingredients you blend! (Careful not to get a warm mayo, for example).”
