£9 next day delivery for them to of not even passed the goods over to the courier on the 3rd day?
Why offer and plug this great next day service when they can't stick to it and IGNORE CUSTOMERS.

“AVOID. Scam. Purchased 2 blanket hoodies. No confirmation of receipt which is a red flag. Goods never arrived!! . Various attempts to contact the company have been met with stony silence. And a search on Companies House suggests that the company has been dissolved. And yet they are still advertising Christmas sales and Blsck Friday sales and giving the impression the company is still in operation when it isn’t. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this site. It’s fraudulent.”

“Had a terrible experience chasing a refund from May 2024, admittedly lost return of proof of postage but never had any issues with sending things back before. Believe it got lost their end or just not processed. Email communication was slow and uncooperative.”

“Terrible customer service .I ordered two items on 27th July...paid extra for next day delivery. Items didn't arrive until 4 weeks later!!in-between I sent 6 emails,4 ignored .Eventually I got a reply saying the items were on a pre..order .No problem ...but the issue I had was that they blamed me ...they said I had not seen the message about the pre..order on the confirmation email .Complete utter rubbish ..nothing about pre order on confirmation email ..and why would it accept next day delivery if items were on a delay .Absolutely dreadfully.
