I thought it was illegal for a company to import electrical items not compatible with the UK. If I had known the item came with an EU plug I definitely would not have purchased.”

They seem to have got lost in the post. despite repeated attempts to get either a replacement or refund I just get passed around.between so called customer service and the seller. On buy seem to take no responsibility for the sale and my guess is that the seller is foreign and doesn’t care about their obligations under Uk law. It’s massively frustrating dealing with them. I ordered 2 items from a seller on Onbuy (Goodsbybox) and was promptly emailed a goods despatched email and also a tracking number for Everi . After the delivery date came and went , I logged onto Onbuy to see I had been sent a message from them to say 1 of the items was out of stock and would I like an alternative or my money back. I opted for the alternative but have now had no response from them and also no products
I have sent 4 emails since and not one of these ignorant ****ends have replied to me.
How this company has an average of 4.5 stars is a complete mystery when you read all the bad reviews

“Unfortunately I had to put 1 star but actually it is zero. Disgusting customer service. I was sent two faulty mirrored side tables on May and to ensure no drama I asked for a replacement. Its going up to 5 months and nothing sent. Again to cause no drama I requested a refund and instead of listening they are making their own choice of sending me a replacement although I have not recieved it yet. They are nor apologetic or show act of it such as through good customer service, reassurance or any rectifications.
In summary please do not purchase from this site even if you are tight with money. You will recieve nothing but disappointment, lies, horrible customer service and more which you do not deserve especially if you paid for your item. I don't understand how they do not feel bad for how they treat paying customers. DISGUSTING.”
“I have not received my air fryer and I cannot contact the company. Thank goodness I arranged to pay in 3 as many reviews are reporting this company as a scam so at least I've only lost one third of the cost! “I purchased some products from "UNBEATABLESALE-USA" on the OnBuy website. Do NOT purchase from them. I've waited for months now only to be told the order is now cancelled and refunded.
I had specifically told them NOT to cancel and that I would wait longer (They'd missed the expected delivery by months already anyway) - only to be informed it was still cancelled and that I could place a new order - THE PRODUCT NOW COSTS £20 more! Just bad service!”
