“i have paid to retake the final test but money was deducted .. this people are making money by cheating .. i will now press button to finished course to exit .. this is a money making racket... so don't get fooled by urself”

“I cant thank customer service enough. i couldnt access my account, so i made a new account and couldnt find my course so they helped very quickly to fix this. then i had an issue with the getting the certificate due to having two accounts so again this was quickly sorted. both were my errors and they were very happy to help fix my issues.it also didnt feel like they were dealing with 10 people at the same (when you reply and wait 20 min for a reply like other customer support places) so that is a huge 10/10 for me. So a huge thank you to the customer service team they a great job!”

“Excellent instructions throughout the course, I had absolutely no issues understanding the content and passed the final test at first attempt. One edu sent me the cert two weeks later, but considering current situation it is understandable”

“I've not been studying for a long time and it was no problem with one education. Completed a couple of courses with certificate both pdf and hart copy. Hard copies may take time to arrive but worth it”

“Great course! Quite in-depth with Further reading material to tap into. Also drawings and standards explained. Good knowledge basis if you are getting into the profession. Fairly easy to complete with Distinction. But this is NOT a full qualification! It is something to draw on if you want the knowledge to assess a home but are not the expert!”
