“Absolutely over the moon The guy from the recovery team was polite and fast in his job but of course very professional indeed. They came out in 15 mins that’s a world record in my opinion. Great job Very pleased”

“It was quite a long wait, over two hours, but was warned of this in advance. Once the agent, username LP5, turned up, he was very quick and efficient and I was soon on my way.”

“Excellent service - adapted collection time to my needs - driver kept me informed about his arrival time which was very close to the time texted to me earlier. Driver was very friendly and helpful when loading and delivered car to my (rather hard to find) garage.”

“Told it would be about 1 hour30 mins,I'm 75 was on my own in car,no recovery came after 2 hours,I called again to be told recovery co had put it back 30 minutes,no one has informed me,agent then arranged a different co to come Arba,they were prompt and did the job.”

“Gn3 was brilliant, he’d stopped for the day, but was local and instead of just leaving for a pick from another person who may have been much further away he took it, came out within 30 mins and sorted the issues he deserves praise and a monthly award if you have one for going over and above on the customer service. He ask explained the issue and gave me tips to make sure it starts tomorrow morning!”

“He kept me informed of his progress on his way to reach me and communicated well with me. The traffic conditions were really challenging and he went the extra mile, I felt, in trying to find a satisfactory solution to what could have been a really stressful situation for me. I felt he was genuinely concerned for my welfare. He was professional, calm and knowledgeable. I appreciated his help.”

“The mechanic was great: very efficient and polite. However it took almost 4.5 hours for someone to arrive. I asked for help at 16:35. Was called 3 times last one at 19:30 ish, assuring me someone would be there in 20mins Ish. I complained at about 20: 40 and an mechanic was there by 21:00. I was in Hanham, Bristol!) g not on motorway or in the countryside. 4.5 hour is just too slow.”
