The service is very poor, The driver did not give me notice that he is on the way like normal courier service do. I was not at home I was 5 minutes away from home told the driver to wait he started shouting he don't have that 5 minutes arrogantly so, when I to tell him can't talk to me like that, the guy started swearing and hunging up the phone, I'm so disappointed.

On the 16 July 2023, I purchased a shoe. On 18 July 2023, it was delivered and was the wrong size. Onedayonly acknowledged receipt of my email on 19 July 2023 and requested photos of the item. On 21 July 2023, they once again requested photos of the item. On 24 July 2023, they sent an email to collect item. On 2 August 2023, they sent an email to confirm that my bank account will be credited. No apology, no communication to admit they their blunder and was wrong, no request to check if I wanted another pair. You cannot call them telephonically. Their customer service sucks. Deleting the app and no further purchases will be made. Disgusted.

Bought earphones but only 1 side works. Their email support sends me to FB Messenger. FB sends me to a Whatsapp number, which sends me to another whatsapp number. During all this they said "We would never send you a broken product!" and "Try to swop Left & Right earphones" (I kid you not). Then they offered me a store credit, but since I already decided to never deal with them again, a store credit is useless. No response from them after this. I even emailed the parent company (red chilli deals) - no answer after 2 weeks. Truly pathetic.

The worst service from one day only as well as DLD and still nothing 3 days later. Promise after promise and 100 apogies. Still no package. Pathetic. Ask Takelot how they do it becoz they pure professionals and this will never happen

Good day I’m really frustrated and are really not satisfied witg there service. I bought a coffee table for one day only supply by Ceilo. The courier delivered the table open it up and then it looked like it was a reject table. It was quite a lot of money for a table that looked like that. Then I ask the driver to take the delivery back please rather to try to send it back myself. Since then I stuggle to get a refund!!!!! Ceilo are keep saying they are waiting for the table to arrive at there warehouse. It’s more than a month and I have to keep on following up with Ceilo and One day only just say speak to the supplier. If your not 100% sure about a product please don’t order it because it is a big struggle to get a refund!!!!!

I have been shopping with OneDayOnly since 2017 and have generally been very happy with the service I received until recently. Since 2022 their service has been rapidly declining and I would warn you NOT the purchase anything from them, because you can forget about any after service. Your emails are simply left ignored. Weeks go by, and they just don't care. And I am not talking about 1 instance... No, this has happened multiple times in 2022, so I am done. The thing I can not tolerate at all in an online company is terrible customer service and they are now the definition of it. I honestly do not understand how they can be lacking at a time like this where online retailing has become so competitive. *** Side note: Their so called discounts are usually highly exaggerated. Compare prices with other online retailers before buying. You usually get it cheaper elsewhere.

This complaint will not reach anyone who cares at One Day Only. Nor will anyone care. Why the heck are there no telephone contact details for you? I have been following my order up with you for over 2 weeks. I have begged you to chase up and revert. I get no replies whatsoever. Its been 18 days since I placed the order. You don't give one damn. I have begged you to call me. Nothing. Order 5072244. You also gave me a tracking number 2 weeks ago. It doesn't exist on DPD Laser tracking. Your website shows goods have been packed for WEEKS now but not shipped?????? Idiots. Call me 0824554782

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give no stars to this company. I bought a hairdryer, which stopped working after 3 weeks. They now want me to pay for the courier return which will cost the same as the product. The company does not give refunds.

I'm fed up with One day only. Sent back my coffee machine twice. According to supplier there is nothing wrong with the machine. Sorry to say but he doesn't work on our side. The second time we receive the coffee machine back it was delivered at wrong address and the box was brutally damage. Coffee machine was scratched all over with crack at the back and there was broken parts. This service is unacceptable realy. It was not a cheap coffee machine, and it was only one month in use. This is the worst experience I ever had while doing shopping online. This service is not worth the one star I gave.

Horrible Customer Service! One cannot contact them telephonically and they don't get back to you via email. Shocking service! They provide a WhatsApp platform where they also ignore you. Really disappointed

Terrible service. Don't waste your time with this company you might save money but when the product is damaged and needs to be replaced or refunded they give no feedback. I have logged a return on the 10 November 2022 and to date have not yet received a single email or call to remedy the situation as stated in the email, "An agent will be contacting you shortly to assist with and validate your return". I'm not sure who the agent may be but they are really useless.

One Day Only should stick to selling small items since the deliveries of these items are 100% in order. However, in 2020 I made a R9000 purchase for a dining room cupboard and dining bench and since the delivery guys bluntly refused to carry the items into the house, I immediately reported it to customer service. At that time I was told that the delivery company was outsourced and to compensate for the inconvenience I received a R150 gift voucher. Recently I made another R7800 purchase and again I experienced bad services. This time the customer services at One Day Only were pathetic. I've send several emails and got flimsy responses. The goods were delivered in drips and drags, on several days without prior notification. The 3rd item (4 piece patio set) remained undelivered and I was told the goods were delivered and signed for, yet the consultant conveniently omitted to provide me with the proof. This will be my last transaction with them as they clearly proved to me that they do not value me as a customer, they are unable to manage their stakeholders and they are incapable of managing big item purchases. Be aware before you purchase!

Some of the stuff is worth buying. They are good to take your money but not to return it. Bought an item that was swopped with an item I paid half the price for and an electric brush that I was unhappy with on the 28July 2022. Requested for.items.to be collected and a credit to my account as I am a regular customer. After several messages still no feedback. According to the last message received they are awaiting feedback from their manager.. Wonder which part of the universe he resides in? As much as these kind of businesses help the community they can also be a pain in the butt. I believe if the company can take your money they should be able to return it as well

I purchased an iPhone X from One Day Only. The phone is faulty and when I took it to Apple they said they can see it has been tampered with (either a new screen/battery). ONE DAY ONLY SOLD ME A PHONE THAT IS NOT BRAND NEW. The service is also terrible waiting for them to do something about this. I am now sitting with a phone that does now work….

Bought a pack of Homequip 4 USB Rechargeable Lanterns have a 60 hour burn time and 2 brightness modes. Perfect for power cuts! I wanted to use it now during loadshedding and found it is not charged. I put it on charge and the lights shine brightly when I put it on. I left it on charge for the whole day, but found that lights are not charged. Still does not work. I am super frustrated that I paid for a product that does not work.

So disappointing. Over two weeks I still have not received my package. On their whatsapp they are so rude and don't even know how to communicate with customers. I wanted to oder more items from them but I now realize that they are just a scam.
