“Out of 11 items I purchased, 6 edible items were out of date last July/September. The mystery parcel of 30 items for £20 was very disappointing, in my opinion, not worth the £20. In fairness, I was reimbursed for the non edible items. I certainly won’t be buying from this company again and I’ll be surprised if this review gets to other customers eyes!!”

“you sent me the wrong item,i ordered 6 airpure lotus flower spray and you sent me 6 airpure fresh linen spray,not a happy with the service at all,i have even phoned you about the order but still nothing”

“First time ordering on this website and I must say was not disappointed. I feel as if I got some really good bargains and will definitely shop there again. Prices obviously amazing and delivery very prompt. Only downside is some of the packaging is not in English so you need to know what you are buying.”

“I have purchased a lot of items from the Online Pound Store and I have been very pleased with them. If there have been any problems they are sorted out quickly. I would recommend them to anyone who wants items at excellent prices”

“Although my order was delivered within 2-3 days unfortunately I was sent the wrong products. I spoke to Joe, who promised to get it sorted the next working day. Joe was as good as his word and despite my misgivings due to poor reviews on the website, the correct items were delivered the following day! I took off 2 stars for 1. - the wrong items were initially delivered and 2. I tried to speak to another staff member the same day as i wanted some clarification on the company's procedures, despite it being only 3pm on a normal working day I was told that no one was available to help me and the gentleman concerned was very reluctant to give me his name and couldn't wait to get off the phone. In my opinion this left a bad impression of the company, especially as the website states that a normal working day was 9-5.30 Mon-Fri. During the course of my conversation with "Dave" I asked to speak to the manger Garry but he was not available. Despite eventually receiving the correct items and having a good experience with one staff member unfortunately I would think carefully about using the site gain.”

“The ordering process was very simple especially as we live outside of the UK. The only small glitch was that we were not advised of delivery by the couriers as indicated at the outset.It is only on this basis that I did not mark a 5”

“I wrote a message on what to do if items out of stock DON'T GIVE ME CARD OFFERING £1 OFF I WANT THE MONEY DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL COST THIS HAS HAPPENED 4 TIME AND IM SERIOUSLY THINKING OFF NOT ORDERING ANYTHING AGAIN”
