Love it. Looks beautiful. Strong sturdy. Perfect as side table for drinks or something, also i yse it as a seat. Very good price also. Glad i bought it. I just love it.

Ordered a white coffee table in September 2019, only arrived in February 2020. In fairness, they offered a refund although I could have got that from the card company. No discount was offered, despite asking. The table is fine, if expensive (around £250). Doubt I’d use them again.

Excellent product! We bought a gourgeous rug for our stufio and we are incredibly happy with it! The same rug was sold on Amazon 100 pounds more expensive! Promt delivery and the rug came wrapped very well to protect it from any damage! All in all an excellent experience!

I have had a terrible experience with this retailer and would recommend avoiding! I ordered some chairs based on the image displayed on the site. Completely different coloured chairs arrived. I advised customer service who told me that images do differ from the products on screen so this was not something they were responsible for. They advised my only option for these now useless chairs, was to pay to return. I had to pay £20 to book their courier and requested a date when I could be at home to hand over. They booked the incorrect date a few times so courier notifications were quite erratic. They eventually corrected this but when the courier arrived, he said he hadn’t been provided with any labels or returns info from OH which I found quite unprofessional. The item was sent back nonetheless and I continue to wait for a refund. At last check, I was told it would need to be 7 days from them receiving the item back at their warehouse, however due to the numerous incorrect deliveries scheduled, they never did provide tracking for the actual collection so I’ve no idea when they received it. But it was *their* courier so I would have thought it would be a little slicker than it has been. I have currently been waiting 10+ days for a refund. It’s such a shame as it was my first time shopping, the products look great but if you can’t trust what you will receive or the returns process; it’s not a safe place to shop. Please save yourself the admin nightmare and added expense to return the wrong items by not shopping here.

Just love my blue blanket box. Great value for money and a great size. Sits at the bottom of my bed. Fits so well in my bedroom. Great service, delivery was very quick and the delivery man was happy to place it in my upstairs bedroom. Thanks again.

We love the chest of drawers, it’s very unique, well made and a statement piece in our house. However we had lots of issues with the delivery of the item, I was emailed a delivery date and informed I’d be given a 2 hour time slot. I found out the next day that the item hadn’t even been dispatched after having my dad waited in all day! We re arranged delivery and again I was told we’d get a time slot by 11am to which I didn’t and had an email with a slot after the item had been delivered!! My dad again took another day off work to receive the item. When I contacted OnlyHome directly I was told it was the delivery company’s fault and to contact them, which I did and was told to come back to the supplier! This has put me off wanting to buy large items from OnlyHome again.
