“Easy to order and we could pick the day of delivery. Item had slight damage when received but we were offered a discount which we accepted. Would definitely use again.”

“Form sent by email would not allow me to enter text....The lounge chair and stool are excellent and just what was ordered. The delivery experience is something completely different and would get a very poor. The driver was excellent, but the arrangements and delays were what let the whole process down. I would suggest you employ a new courier company as this is letting down your product service as a whole package. I took a day off work for a delivery that never happened and I wasn't given notification of this, this is where the service falls down. However, the product itself is excellent.”

“Had a bit of trouble tracking my order and getting any info back but once I did the chairs arrived the next day. Once they arrived they were perfect. The colour was exactly what I was looking for. They look great and they feel comfortable too. They were so easily put together too. The legs come together already and just need screwed on to the chair, simple! Very happy and will be purchasing at least another two very soon.”

“Lovely chairs but the reason I'm giving a 5 star rating is the Customer Service. Piers in Customer Services was very helpful and always responded to my queries very quickly and was great at helping me when I changed my mind about the colour of the chairs I wanted.”

“Really lovely products and swift delivery but very very poor and unprofessional customer service with faulty items. I have rocking bar stools and whilst i was provided with advice on how to correct the perceived fault this didn't resolve the problem and flat refusal to replace. Such a shame as everything else was great.”

“The items themselves are fine, well packaged and what I expected however the delivery process was terrible. Following placing the order and receiving the confirmation emails I heard nothing more. So I was very surprised to find when returning home from work one day the 8 dining chairs delivered and left on my driveway, I had no notifications to say they were coming. The following day I received an email with tracking information, for the items left the previous day, left in broad daylight on an exposed drive for anyone to help themselves to! Luckily they were untouched but pretty bad service.”

“The bedside tables are gorgeous, even my interior-design-chat resistent husband let his hand glide in sheer admiration and delight over the beautiful mango wood and mentioned several times how beautifully made the tables are. The speed at which our two separate orders were delivered was astonishing, we’d not ever experienced such outstanding expediency before. Everything was professionally but not OTT packaged and wrapped, too. We will certainly be back.”

“The furniture is very nice and in line with my expectations. But I remove two stars because of the delivery process, which has been a nightmare. Please stop working with DHL, this company is a disaster. They only deliver during working hours Mon to Fri, and are simply unable to provide clear information or even respect the schedules they announce themselves. I ended up picking it myself at the DHL depot, costing me more time and money than a paying delivery with a serious company would have. Many other delivery companies do a much better job, and you should at least give the customer an option.”
