“We discovered OnlyRoses on a recent trip to London. We dropped in because the shop was charming and wonderfully inviting. We went back the next day to purchase a gift rose. It was wrapped elegantly with extra water for travel time. The staff was amazing, even though at the time, extremely busy putting together the most gorgeous Christmas arrangements.
We have since returned to Greece and I wanted to send a dozen roses as a get well gift. I tried online, but when it came to pay, a credit card outside UK was not accepted. I called the Earls Court shop and the young woman, Kate, was super in taking the order, penning my note and arranging delivery. It was late afternoon and the flowers arrived to a pleasantly surprised and delighted recipient within the hour!
I have been sent photos of the arrangement and it was as lovely as I expected.

“Expected better for price, the white roses in particular, the petals are wrinkled and look dry, don't get me wrong it's a beautiful item
But just for price everything should be perfect, also delivery was a issue as one item left with neighbour ended up missing, company was quick to make sure I got my item which Was good.”

“I ordered flowers for delivery next day and required early morning. The Old Brompton Road shop, London, does not open until 10 am but it allowed me to send someone to collect the bouquet at 8.45 am. -- Good customer service, so you will get more business.”

“After the order had been placed, there was a death in the family of the recipient. The message on the card would have been inappropriate. I called Only Roses and the person who took the call was able to change the message to one of condolence. I really appreciated that.”

On this occasion I would have preferred to have been informed that the collection was not at the shop I had ordered from.
The previous time I ordered I requested a call to a particular number upon delivery and this did not happen.
