“I found it quite easy to book the holiday although I am 75 at times I found it a bit stressful as I generally book at a travel agents, the travel agent didn't have the hotel we wanted so we decided to book online, we are looking forward to the holiday as we have been unable to travel for over 2 years due to covid”
“Been with on the beach for all my holidays always go smoothly no problems and if i need to ask anything they contact you back through the app also during covid when all holidays got cancelled they were excellent i didnt even need to contact them they did everything full refund and even flight tickets really happy with everything and the prices are even great.”

“On the up sideThe booking was easy & prices good & customer service helpful, on the downside, when I rang twice I was on hold for over an hour each time, & we couldn't check in online as we didnt book direct with ryanair, it asked me to take a pic of my passport it wouldn't accept it ,& then i ran out of times to try, so now we will have to check in at the airport, ive never had to do that before, also we had been given a allocated e-mail which i didnt understand so i had to ring up, you need to explain that in your confirmation e-mail, & also booked the airport carpark, we have been given directions but you could do to give a postcode, we haven't been away yet, do I hope all goes well.”
“We first booked with OTB in 2019 to travel to Gambia with Thomas cook flights, Thomas Cook went bust, OTB contacted that morning and repaid all our money back within two weeks, that’s why we’ve rebooked for Xmas 2022.”
“Excellent service, good value for money holidays and when holiday was cancelled due to pandemic easily refunded all holiday costs even from the airline when they didn't have to. Then they awaited their money back off airline. So all round a fabulous experience.”
