“Arrived at hotel and photos had been real but cleverly shot. Went all inclusive and photos showed a restaurant with linen and wine glasses overlooking the beach. Instead it was more like a canteen. The food was a buffet which can be great but this looked dried up and made for the masses. Wine was included but you had to get a glass and fill it from a tap. I’ve never had wine on tap and hopefully will never have to again. Hotel room true to picture and very clean. Though unfortunately the hallway overlooked the lobby where the entertainment was being held in a brightly lit room. This meant I could hear every bingo number or holiday anthem until midnight when it finally stopped. I’ve been out and got myself some ear plugs for tonight. The staff are fabulous though. Very friendly. Just didn’t meet the expectations the photos had raised. El Medano is nice though.”
“I had a problem with my booking regarding my flight. I spent hours trying to sort it out, couldn't get to speak to a human.
My only resort to was to go on the Tui website and go into a queue which I was number 172 with a wait of 1 hour 21 minutes, as I waited. I was logged out.

“Good company and easy website but we have asked to change date of our holiday due to family circumstances but we're are still waiting to hear ,we need to know if this is possible as we want to book another holiday with them”

“I found it quite easy to book the holiday although I am 75 at times I found it a bit stressful as I generally book at a travel agents, the travel agent didn't have the hotel we wanted so we decided to book online, we are looking forward to the holiday as we have been unable to travel for over 2 years due to covid”
“Been with on the beach for all my holidays always go smoothly no problems and if i need to ask anything they contact you back through the app also during covid when all holidays got cancelled they were excellent i didnt even need to contact them they did everything full refund and even flight tickets really happy with everything and the prices are even great.”
