They printed the design about 50% of the size submitted in the mockup, making the shirts unusable. I paid extra to have the design enlarged on larger sizes, but the print is the exact same size on all shirts, entirely too small for our needs. Customer service is slow to respond but fast to send emails begging for positive reviews. I'm waiting on a resolution for my order 3 weeks later, I wish I had seen the other reviews about them refusing to take responsibility for mistakes earlier.

This company could not re-create our logo accurately. Our blue logo became lavender. After going in circles with customer service, they still couldn't print our logos properly. Then when we requested to cancel and be refunded-we only received a partial refund. They couldn't provide what we asked for and punished us for moving to a vendor that could get us what we paid for.

Half of the shirts were fine the last of the order did not match. Customer service responded with we're reviewing the order until they finally went silent. Horrible experience.

Ordered 60 shirts after washing 1 time the color faded a the red turned all the white in the logo to pink. The design on both front and back cracked and started to peel after first wash. Tried to fill a claim to get them fixed and talked to several people within the Compa but they never would honor or stand behind their product. T-shirts are great logo is garbage very poor quality. It’s so embarrassing I can’t even give them out to employees and customers.

DO NOT ORDER. TRUST ME. Can I give less than 1 star? I ordered t-shirts rush ordered on May 30 and uploaded artwork with 7 colors. I was notified that the graphic was a bit involved needing to be DTG (direct to garment). They told me it would take a few extra days and refunded me the extra I paid for rush shipping. Good so far. I had conversations with them expressing the desire to get the shirts ASAP and they indicated that it may take an extra couple days but that I should get them by about June 6th or 7th. In the meantime I had actually ordered a couple more shirts. They sent me a proof of the graphic for approval but the design was incorrect and only had 5 colors. I declined the proof and on May 31st I re-sent and approved the final 7 color graphic. ( I had a rainbow design) I watched and watched for tracking and the product didn't ship until June 5th even though I had an email saying I should get it on June 6th. Shipping was slow and I received the shirts on June 14th. Eight to nine day delivery. Really! Much to my dismay I opened the box of shirts to have all the shirts made with the first, declined 5 color graphic. The rainbow had red, yellow, green, blue and black . I called immediately on the 14th and was instructed to open a claim which I did on the same day (the 14th). I received an email from a claims person (Islela) on June 18th asking me to take a picture of each shirt and send them so they could PROMPTLY resolve the problem. Now, I did not see this email until the 20th and responded on the 20th with all of the pictures of each shirt as they had directed. Crickets....crickets.... No response. I called and talked to customer service many times and they said they tried to connect me to the claim department with no answer. I was instructed to wait for an email response. Crickets. I called on Friday June 28th and said I needed a response that day. Customer service said that was reasonable and that I would receive a response. Again, nothing. I officially contacted my credit card company July 1st a month after the order was placed to recoup my money. The bottom line is that their customer service says the right thing to pacify you but then the company does not follow through. I still have the incorrect order because quite simply they never contacted me to tell me what to do with it. I'm not paying to send the bad shirts back. But they are not really usable other than to mow the lawn or paint the house.

I ordered 8 shirts from ooShirts. I received only 5 shirts ! The color was wrong on the front design, and the back logo was printed 7.5 in below the tagline, not the normal 4in. I tried to get them to reprint them, but their customer service took so long(more than 2 weeks) to give me an answer, because they kept asking for more pictures! Anyway, now I'm scrambling to get these printed in 2 days from another company.

I have gone back and forth with them for 2 weeks, and cannot get an answer about when my order will be delivered. I had guaranteed May 28 delivery, but it is June 4 and still no shirts, and no idea when they will be shipped. Everytime I do an online chat or phone call, I am given the run around and told that they will email me back and they only communicate via email. I never receive an email back. I have requested a full refund, but have yet to hear back.

I ordered shirts from this company on May 17, using a photo of a friend for his bachelor party and made payment. On May 20, they tell me I have to pay an extra $86 for it to be printed via DTG Print so I paid the extra amount. They sent me various emails from May 20 to June 3 stating the shirts were in production and would only take 11 days before shipping. On June 3 I** call this company requesting an update on my order. They then proceed to tell me FOURTEEN DAYS LATER that they cannot produce the shirts using the photo. The event is next week.

Worst experience ever. Ordered shirts in the wrong color, realized within 6 hours of placing order, even asked for an "artwork design approval" which I never approved, and was told it's too late to make changes. Customer service just kept reading a script telling me I'm screwed. Can't use the wrong color shirts. Incredibly unhappy customer who did not have his issue addressed, even though there are safeguards in place.

The portal to review work is subpar and so is the customer support. When they make an error it comes as a loss to you. So be prepared to not have needs met

I placed my order of shirts for a school fundraiser and they never arrived. When I contacted the company, they said my order was cancelled and they would refund me. No communication until I contacted them! It was extremely unprofessional and frustrating!

This company is going under or something. I had ordered 27 shirts for a work charity event on 9/29–guaranteed delivery on Oct 18(event is on NOV 11). I gave them an extra week and checked my order status. Which by the way, I had to call them just to get an order confirmation /order number. When I checked, it said “order cancelled”. No one called or emailed, just cancelled it. When I called to see what the hell happened, someone I could hardly understand said only ,”due to production it was cancelled “, no other details. Okay, cool. Thanks

Very disappointed in this company and their customer service. First of all, when I called to ask a question, I could hardly understand the person on the phone. He was friendly but very hard to understand. My main issues are with the experience as a whole. I uploaded my designs in their uploaded. I asked customer support how I could review the second shirt type and how it would look, and they said just change the shirt type in the uploaded and I could preview it there. This is what I did. I was also told I should order two screens so it would print correctly. This was $50, which was a lot! I did this though we because we had youth and adult shirts. The shirts arrived and they did not look like the preview at all. The design was much smaller than what I uploaded. I contacted the company right away, but they were not helpful. They basically said they did everything right and because I didn’t put notes about the dimensions, they just adjusted it with their “recommendations.” If I upload the design a certain way, you don’t change it. I found their customer support to be unhelpful and inconsiderate. If you use ooshirts, be aware that they are going to probably change the design from what you upload. The shirt quality and print quality was good, and the shirts are inexpensive - but trust me, you get what you pay for with ooshirts. They could care less about making things right or making sure the shirts are printed correctly.
