“A very organized group that made the sale of my house easy. The only people who could say anything negative would be real estate agents who have been taking advantage of buyers and sales for years. Highly recommend Opendoor, both my brother and I in two different sales had a great experience.”

“Even though the sale of my property involved several parties such as Opendoor associates, independent housing inspectors/contractors, and attorneys, the process was hassle-free from beginning to end. “This was a very positive and easy way to sell a home fast. I was offered a home value of more than what 3 real estate companies suggested listing price. They all said it needed updated, ok I sold it as-is . Personally I am not a computer person ,which is how the transaction is done, so to all the staff that had so much patience with me THANK YOU, Mr.Burkhart Ms.pratt Mr.Vlass great job with a non-tech client.”

“I was thinking of moving but didn’t want to have to deal with people in and out of the house, I have a dog, and finishing up projects around the house, when I got a mailer from OpenDoor. I had received one before and dismissed it. Soooo glad I didn’t this time. They set everything up, it went smoothly. Very pleased. They were very fair when it came to repairs that need to be made, I would not have gotten that elsewhere. Would definitely recommend, actually I already have, to friends and family, they were awesome!”

“this was my first experience with Open Door and I must say my wife and I were very pleased with the experience. T he feature we liked most about the process was that there were no showings of the house needed. That is exactly what we were looking for since my wife works days and I work nights. The process was pretty straight forward and easy, we had no complaints. Everyone was very patient with our many questions. It was a very good experience and we would certainly use Open Door again if the need ever presents itself again. Thanks”

“As a retired realtor, I had never heard of Opendoor, so I did my homework. First, I researched them as much as I could through customer reviews and business sites. There were a number of negative reviews from customers complaining about excess charges after an inspection. There were also some who complained that the offer that was given them was too low for their liking. Well, in my humble opinion; they offered me about five percent more than I thought I would get for the house. I was in the midst of putting in new hardwoods, carpet, and painting when I asked for their offer. Not believing that they would take care of the floors, carpeting, and painting unless it was really bad, I called them. I was reassured that they would indeed repair them with the nominal fee that they were charging; which by the way was less than the realtors today usually charge (6%). I elected to close 90 days from the time I accepted their offer and everything happened exactly as I was promised. The inspection went smoothly; the inspectors found some things that needed to be fixed, but the fee was very fair. I was expecting to be contacted telling me that there would be more charges after reading the negative reviews that I had read, but it never happened! There were not any hidden charges, everything was up front and the closing went as expected too. I would definitely use them again!”
