“Everyone was friendly, professional and flexible. We received a fair offer within a few days. We got to choose our closing date and could have gotten an extension if needed. I would highly recommend Opendoor.”

“I had never sold a home via an online company but the experience with Opendoor was fantastic! The experience partner I had was very attentive and I set my closing date for a Friday. I did my part of the closing the day before with an online notary, and when Friday afternoon rolled around, I knew the closing had happened on Opendoor's part because the monies owed to me were in my bank account! Other than moving all my stuff, it was the best "selling" experience, I have ever had!”

“Our showing agent,Afzal, was awesome. But it went downhill from there. Stephanie did the bare minimum and had to be asked if she was working for us the client or just trying to close a deal. In speaking with the listing agent, she had similar complaints about this being the worst deal she has ever had to be part of. Turns out Stephanie doesn't even live locally and was using showing agents to do her job for her. Why does she deserve commission? Afzal 5 stars Stephanie 1 star”

“I was a bit worried initially as I was on my 3rd agent in as many weeks, but everybody was kind & on it, they didn’t miss a beat and my sale/closing was seamless. Very organized, professional & the closing attorney was stellar!”

“The customer service was phenomenal. Every time I had a question, a real person from opendoor was easy to reach. Opendoor offered a fair price for our home and made the process of selling our house very easy! They set up everything in an efficient, convenient way. With all of the hassle that comes with moving, they made the process of selling our home as easy as possible. Would absolutely sell with them again.”

“Well, an absolute highly professional experience. The entire team from beginning to end were helpful, knowledgeable, and detailed. Rachel was quite the classy Lady yhay guided is in the beginning with grace. Later we encountered LeAnn to manage through closing. LeAnn was matter of fact and genuine in her interactions with us. “It was great experience. We felt like we got fair offer. We loved how quick we got an offer and the fact that we didn’t have to do showings or open houses. Very convenient and painless way to sell your home. Someone was always available to answer your questions.”

“Selling to Opendoor due to a cross-country move was a relatively simple process and Opendoor was very accommodative to a change in closing due to a renovation delay. Our sale/move was unfortunately complicated due to medical issues and a traditional take-your-time selling process was not an option. Opendoor was our only viable option and they were understanding of our situation which reduced mental stress. It was a blessing to have Opendoor.”

“The process seemed simple and was, but...... I never got to talk to the same person more than once, nor in the same state. The repair cost (to be deducted from my proceeds) was a pat $20k. When I inquired as to what the $20k was, yet another employee fumbled around, stating it was for flooring and HVAC, never looking that all flooring has been replaced 2 years ago and the 2 A/C units were less than 5 years old. It got too frustrating fighting a large system, with no point person. I felt like a cog in a machine. Agreed that this is a large company, but very little personal approach. I declined their "final offer" just in time, and went with a conventional realtor. Glad I did.”
