“I have NOTHING but good things to say about my experience of selling my house to OpenDoor. Stefan Stobbs from OpenDoor was professional, patient, prompt, and guided me throughout the whole process. I chose OpenDoor because of several reasons. I did not want to go through the traditional house selling (hiring realtor, fixing/updating my house, showing etc), and I needed the proceed from selling my house fast to be used for the closing cost for my new house. Being able to control the closing date is very important and crucial. I also used the late checkout option because I needed the extra time for the closing on the new house, and also extra time to move. The closing company that was chosen my OpenDoor also did a very good job. I am a prime example of a 100% satisfied with OpenDoor as a seller. I would recommend OpenDoor to anyone who does not want to go through the pain of dealing with realtor, fixing/updating, showing, etc., to sell your house...and, being able to have the cash in hand plus the late checkout.”

“I had been wanting to move for a while, but always procrastinated with the excuse that I wanted to renovate the entire home before I left in order to raise its equity. Before I knew it, the plan to move in a few months turned into several years and I was becoming complacent. Somehow, I stumbled across an ad for OpenDoor and I decided to give it a chance. So glad I did! The process was extremely easy. After the zoom call walk-through with the agent, my closing date had been determined and I had roughly 90 days to vacate the home. Putting a time limit on things was all the motivation I needed! But most importantly, OpenDoor was very fair with their offer on my home! It was exactly what I was hoping for! Then after clearing out the home, the virtual closing was quite easy and by the end of the day, the title company had wired my funds to my bank account. If I ever sell a home again, OpenDoor will be my absolute first choice!”

“I had the best experience with Opendoor when selling my home! The process was very easy to go through, and the closing on the sale occurred two weeks after signing the offer letter. I highly recommend Opendoor if you're not interested in the longer process of going the traditional route.”

“They take you step by step, it's very easy and fast, hassle free. No appraisal, no people walking through our home. Any questions I had were answered, everyone I talked with at Opendoor were friendly and helpful.”

“I had to sell my grandfather's home after his passing. We both live in different states. So trying to find the right realtor while still paying the mortgage and living in a different state was not ideal. I heard about Opendoor via their commercials. Using their services was the BEST decision for me. I was able to do everything virtually and if I needed to speak with anyone they were only a phone call or email away. I would seriously recommend Opendoor to anyone especially if you are selling out of state. Thank you all so much”

“Started as beyond skeptical. Saw ads. Sounded too good to be true. Did research. Signed up. Got nervous. Allowed 1st offer (quite competitive) to expire. 6 months later, started again. Pleased that market improved. Offer (also very competitive) significantly increased (double digits). Why this method chosen? 100% telecommuter in highly secure healthcare industry. No small feat to pack up work gear at a moment’s notice, leave for showings, return, put it all back (laptop, monitors, files, etc.).. rinse and repeat. Rachel Moses was assigned OpenDoor staff. Cannot adequately express my amazement and delight with her expertise, responsiveness, and professional pleasantness. Rachel was like customer servicing of days gone by. When she was out off the office, her backup was reading and immediately responding to questions. All questions answered with less than same day turnaround. My real estate attorney had me do my own review and then walked me thru all pages (there were lots). He noticed a few things that needed correction (errors made by my condo association’s management company) that involved quite a few dollars. Allison deftly handled the changes. Once in contract, conducting title process all online seemed daunting but it was fast, easy and efficient. Allison Jarrett was assigned and “babysat” from start to finish. Day before closing she returned my late night call first thing in morning to reassure that them sending a mobile notary to the location of my choice was an option but that there online process was EZ. AND .. it was. It took mere moments. When near the end of electronically signing all papers, a notary popped up on screen and expertly handled the rest. The important part .. Rachel immediately approved funds to be released and Allison had the check sent to bank the night of closing. I was able to view the deposit next morning. Can’t say enough great things about Rachel, Allison, and OpenDoor. And this coming from a super cynical person when it comes to anything involving real estate agents and lawyers!”

“I was very leary at first. Seemed to be too good to be true. But Luke from OD and Kathy from OSN were great to work with. Once I got my initial quote, I was curious to see how it would play out. So I scheduled the zoom call to look at my house. Then a week or so later an OD rep came to my house to see it in person and take some pictures. That took all of 20 mins. Then just a few short hours later I relieved my final quote from OD, and it was $7K more than my initial quote. And they were purchasing "as is." My husband and I decided that we had too many small details to fix, no available time off work to allow contractors in to do repairs, nowhere to take my dogs everytime we had a showing......which would be the case with going with a traditional realtor route......and decided OD was the best and easiest way to sell. Everything is done online, by email or phone call. It really was SO EASY. Once we signed the notary paperwork, our payoff was transferred into our account in 2 business days. We could not be happier than we were with this outcome.”

“My husband and I had been looking for land for months we finally found something that we were interested in so we decided to sell our home to open door for fast efficient funding.
