“I would highly recommend selling your home to Open Door. The entire process went so smoothly and fast that i just thought it was too good to be true. Their fee was less than what you would pay if I went to a Realtor, I didn't have to show my house, they made me a good offer and the repairs needed, Open Door handled at an extremely low cost. They gave me option to do the repairs or they would handle after I moved out. So I let them handle.. just another thing for me to not worry about. I read articles and watched on You Tube reviews and the only, what i would say "negative reviews" all came from Realtors. I understand why...because they are far better, less hassel, less cost (but the fee might be different according to your location) , no repairs i had to worry doing, no showings. It was so seamless! I accepted their offer, picked the date i wanted to close on and had my proceeds in my account the very next day. No...I do not work for Open Door or know anyone that does. I am just giving my honest feedback from my experience. Realtors should be nervous. ...this is the way to go.if you ask me. I have already shared ny experience with friends and family who were amazed on how fast the process went Thanks to Open Door for making my 1st experience in selling a home so surprisingly wonderful.”

“I would have to write too many names of all the people who were absolutely wonderful to me from Opendoor. They are the real thing!! They did everything that they promised to do, and I didn’t have to be bothered with buyers coming to my home. I would definitely recommend using Opendoor to my family, friends, and anyone who asks me about who to use to sell their home.”

“Opendoor made the sale of our house so easy from the beginning to closing. They offered us quite a bit more than we expected. We came out better than we would have if we had hired a realtor. “I was offered a job out of state and I wanted to sell without the hassle of showing my home. Opendoor.com offered me an alternative way to sell my home. Even though I settled for less than my asking price, for the quick convenient process, it was worth it. From the time I accepted the offer to the time to schedule my closing, it was 2.5 weeks. I settled to close 4 weeks after accepting their offer. Next time I sell a home I will definitely be using Opendoor.com!! Would HIGHLY recommend them.”

“My wife and I had to sell our first house. Originally, we were going to go through a realtor, because we thought it would net us a lot more money than going the "easy" route. Turns out, Opendoor offered us nearly as much money as we would have gotten from putting it on the market, but without the endless hassle of having to perfectly model your house for other people to come look at while you're still living there, cleaning and fixing every little thing, haggling with different buyers, and hoping it sells quickly. We knew precisely how much money we would be getting from the very beginning, and we got to choose the exact day we would close on our house. The chosen closing date was extremely helpful because we didn't have enough money saved up to pay for two mortgages/rents at once while we moved into one place and waited for the house to sell. We were able to rent a new place the day before we closed so there was no double payment even for a single month. It still surprises me to say that selling our house was the easiest, quickest, most efficient process we've ever been through - thanks to the wonderful people at Opendoor.”

“I recently closed an escrow with Opendoor and I received a very fast and efficient service working with them. I have been wanting to buy a new house this year and when I found one I went directly to Opendoor to sell our house quick, I said yes to their offer and within 2 weeks we closed the escrow and have moved to our new house. Their offer is very good and took the hassle from us selling on our own. I would highly recommend them.”

“Opendoor was fantastic! So easy and staff was all super helpful. They made a good offer and the repairs that my house needed were deducted at a fair price. The best part is that as a single woman with 3 large dogs, I didnt have to do anything, no repairs, no showing my house to strangers and making sure my dogs were locked up. Just one assessment and that was that. I was able to move my closing date when my loan for my new house was approved sooner than expected. Title company was great as well. I know there are a lot of negative reviews out there and I had my doubts too. But it all went super smooth, from the day they made the offer to closing within 7 weeks. Thanks to Opendoor I was able to move quick and now have my dream home in Northern Arizona!”

“This was my first time selling a home and quite honestly, I didn't know what to expect since real estate is not an area I'm knowledgeable in so the experience was amazing. The entire process was basically painfree and effortless. The best part was that it took less than a month to complete considering that both Christmas and New Year's fell during that time. Perhaps the best part of the process was that the majority of it occurred on-line which was very convenient for me since I was in another state. I have recommended Opendoor to a friend of mine.”

“Selling to Opendoor was ideal for us with no showings and no negotiations over price etc. Opendoor made us a reasonable offer and repairs required after inspection were reasonable and minimal. I checked out local options for repair cost comparison and found Opendoor positively makes nothing on the repairs it requires. Our new home purchase really showed us the nightmares we missed by selling to Opendoor such as failed inspections, last minute closing delays (OD handled their part with grace), deposits and incompetent seller agent. Our Open door team with Mason Bridges and Liz Ryan as our contacts made us fans of the OD process. They make Opendoor work. They treat the client as they would want to be treated. All calls were returned and all questions answered. Thanks, Mason, Liz, You Made it happen. Best Dee and Lou Strassel”
