“Opendoor was one of those things you hear about on the radio but wonder, "yeah but is as good as it seems". Yes. It is. Absolutely no hassle with the freedom to choose our own closing. The team I worked with (Andrew and his gang) were just great. Evening questions, weekend questions, help me understand this better questions --- all had answers in hours. They worked with my HOA (not the easiest task sometimes) and all went smoothly.”

“The entire process was seamless! I applied through the Opendoor app and received an above market preliminary offer. I’ve been decided to continue with the video upload. I was then surprised were they even higher final offer. After that it was pretty much seamless selling the house. I uploaded a few pictures at closing and I was done. The team (title and experienced Opendoor tech) were outstanding answering my questions. Zero hiccups and went as advertised. I have already recommended this to a friend and he is also going through the easy process. I would use this service again!”

“My representative Jordan with open door has been an awesome person to work with. He has answered all the questions that I have had concerning the sale of my home to Open Door. He has been very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. All of Open Doors team will work with you on buying your home hassle free. You give them a date to close and they will have your money wire to your bank account in 24 hours. Great people.”

“DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I have been on an emotional rollercoaster the entire process and they are trying to back out of the legally binding contract that they willingly signed. For a house they said the appraiser was “unfair” on when the house has been on the market almost 200 days…for good reason. I have never heard a good thing about them and now I understand why. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.”

“I was a little skeptical about Opendoor and had read everything I could find on the internet good and bad about it. After weighing pros and cons and what was best for our family we decided to go for it and I am SO GLAD we did. It’s been a seamless process, everyone has been very kind, available and helpful. I was also surprised that everyone is local - so I didn’t feel like I was dealing with a huge company. I realize it may not be for everyone in every situation but for us, it provided us a stress free way to upgrade into our forever home. Thank you!!!”

“I bought and sold with Opendoor and the process was so, so easy. I greatly appreciate how I didn't have to deal with moving my dogs out for open houses. I also love how I was able to coordinate my closing dates so easily in order to have a nice, stress-free overlap so I had plenty of time to move. The escrows both were both SO hassle-free. My realtors that both helped me tour homes as well as my buyer's agent were phenomenal. I have no complaints and I would absolutely use Opendoor again!”

“The worst company I’ve had the great unfortunate displeasure of working with. They have zero interest in following legal contracts, time is not of the essence, & they make their own rules in a highly regulated industry. You are much better burning your house down before even considering contacting or doing business with this slimy disgusting ‘company’”

“Such an easy process. Was very sceptical at first but with the option to back out without penalty had to try it. Price was more than 2 realtors I talked with. I had to change the closing date once which was no problem. Was able to stay a couple days after closing without a fee. No showings. No 6 month realtor contract. Everything done online except 1 visit from a notary to sign the deed. Highly recommend everyone try them in the selling process.”

“Sold my previous home to OpenDoor. Multiple companies made offers and OpenDoor's offer was significantly higher than others. The closing process was super easy and smooth. I barely needed to do anything but sign documents and upload some photos. The sale closed in 30 days.”
