“They were very upfront about the entire cash offer process, the fees incurred and how to get from start to finish as quickly and efficiently as possible. I was able to go through the entire process from start to finish in 2 weeks, which lessened the stress of the whole process. The Opendoor team as well as the title company were easy to reach, quick to respond and endlessly helpful. Couldn't be happier with how everything went and would recommend Opendoor to anyone looking to forgo the traditional listing process.”

“It was easy and convenient. Everything was done over the phone/internet, only had to meet with a notary and she came to the house. We had money the day of the closing.”

“This company is the absolute WORST. After lowering their contracted offer by $70,000 one week before the close date (which was rejected), they then failed to cancel the transfer orders … resulting in our electricity, internet, water, and gas ALL being cut off over the course of the next 2 months … a total lack of integrity and competence … would highly recommend AGAINST ever using this company!!”

“Easiest move we’ve ever done. If you don’t want to spend a ton of money doing repairs and deep cleaning, Open Door is the way to go. Also, skip all the showings and the long wait time to get your house sold.”

“I'm about to close and purchase my first home! I found open door by accident, my relator flaked on me so I decided to still drive by a few of the homes I wanted to visit - to my surprise, OpenDoor was hosting the homes, so I was able to walk in and schedule my appointment right away! because of OpenDoor, I was able to view the homes, within my timeframe and busy schedule, no fuss or fluff involved. It was quick and easy and I am so thankful - whoever created this app is a genius. the whole process has been easy - down to putting in my offer, and being connected to an open-door relator after letting OpenDoor know I wanted to submit the offer. Thanks OpenDoor!”

“Selling our house was the easiest part of our move. The process was quick and we were kept up to date with each step of the process. We did not want to have to leave for showings since we all work from home and the house was chaos packing for the move. Opendoor was the perfect solution for us.”

“Opendoor is much better of an organization for selling your house to. Purchasing a house is something completely different. The realtor you assigned to me stated there would be a 1% credit for using Opendoor and the assigned realtor. You changed this policy in the middle of our transaction and through email in small print (I still haven't seen it). This was supposed to be $4,100 to me and but I received nothing. Very shady deal and puts a bad taste in my mouth from every using Opendoor again. $4,100 would have been a small price to pay to keep a satisfied customer. I'm no longer supporting your company to people looking to buy/sell a home.”

“Part of reason they low balled me was they said I need a new roof. It is relatively new and looks new. Waste of time. I would not recommend them.”
